Last time I checked as a USA citizen freedom of speech is allowed,
I take it you've been out of the country since 2001?
I've been here, but there are two things keeping me safe:
A.) Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
B.) A Search Warrant.
I'm allowed to use my bandwidth however I feel, granted it is not illegal. I'm in no position to judge whether or not some documentation is of illegal activity or not, nor am I responsible for it. Unless a search warrant is issued, and also to my own discretion. Everything is anonymous.
