scammers could  be banned from bitcointalk,  but sometimes  people get red trust level  without deserving it,  or by accident.

I can tell you're a person who'll never admit to making a mistake
And you judge people based on just 1/2 posts?
What mistake are you talking about? Users were never banned for scamming. They were just tagged. This is what i said.
Scammers before being tagged by staff only vs scammers now being tagged by the community. Which one do you think is more efficient way to tag scammers with no chances of being biased?
big avatar-positioned SCAMMER thing vs. what we have today
some negative numbers marked red with a warning which clearly states to trade with extreme caution
If those words "trade with extreme caution" along with some negative red numbers right beside the word "TRUST" which is clickable and shows a list of offence executed by the user does not get your attention and makes you more alert, then you sir deserve to be scammed.
This forum ought to ban scammers like every other reputable forum I know.  Giving excuses as to why it's impractical is silly.  It's not impossible,  it just takes more work.
No one said it's impossible. It does take more work - more USELESS WORK. You ban a scammer, the scammer comes back with a new account or buys another account. Ban him,  he comes back again. He will never stop. Making an account takes less than few minutes. So why waste precious time and resources banning him while you could utilize your time/resource doing something more productive, something more useful. Once again what you are suggesting is not an efficient thing to do. Using the ban hammer is not always the solution.

then you're a fool.
does it bother you to have a fool as your intellectual superior? Think twice before calling someone a fool. It takes one to know one  Roll Eyes

If i were to judge you based on your posts above i would say you think conventionally only.

you can simply go to any exchange that has DOGE/BTC pair and can get btc easily. ex. yobit, poloniex, cryptopia

I've exchanged around 45k doge to btc in yobit. with no issues.

Thanks about advice of the Poloniex... I exchanged all my rest DOGEs and am satisfied now. I lost maybe half, but still am on the 4x more value for what I bought them before 4 years. Thank you all guys. An firstly I tried to use bter before 4 days but wait a long time for ID verification which is still in the progress. Poloniex work flawlesly.

BTW there is a LOT of scammers I got maybe 10 PM which shit like "send me doges i need it to pay rent" or "sent me doges i sent you already bitcoins look to the chain" and other "send me doges or I will report you as scammer" I may only smile. Once this peoples know someone got you, they simply trying to get his own piece of cake too hahaaha Smiley.

Thank you all.

and to SCAMers: dont sent me PMs and go to hell I will not reply, you wasting you fucking doggy anus styled life. Die in hell. Wink

look like (worthyou) got the most expensive wallet, his wallet cost him 0.01 btc per transcation. woWoo!!!

That's not true, though.   There used to be a "scammer tag" that was applied by staff.  They did away with that a few years ago for this great system.   Ahem.

OP, this'll teach you to read feedback and do due diligence before doing deals.  Don't know why you couldn't just use yobit or some other exchange.  It's not like you have to give them personal info when doing doge--> btc trades.
As far as i know they were the same thing. Only Staffs were able to tag them and tagged users weren't able to delete or edit posts. They weren't banned though, so i don't see much difference.  Smiley

I hope he is reputable person, he is here from the 2014, but am little nerves, that waiting almost day for a exchange.

I hoped the exchanges did in the minutes and not in the days. Im very very stressed from it Sad. Its a lots of money... almost 200 USD.

May someone please help me to contact him and send me BTC?

Thank you.

Did you take the effort to look at his trust ratings?

First alarm: "This user's email address was changed recently."

Second alarm, Seccour who is on my (heavily modified) trust list posted this:

Possible scammer or hacked account. Use an escrow when dealing with this user.

I hope i'm wrong, but it's possible you sent your DOGE to a hacked account  Undecided (no proof tough, so i could be wrong).

WTF, thank you for all this lines.
Im new to this site so dont kbow what is escrow and rating.
I looked that he have 300 posts and that je has rating under his nick plus 10. Why sorry for this term is not his fucking account locked? He right now sending me PM shits, that his father had a heart attack and this sort of bullshit. And wanna other DOGEs from me.

Why he has no VISIBLE minus rating under his nick and have plus 10. Sorry this is a big problem of this site you cant think newbie will know all this knowledges which are not visible on first look.

same shit had happen to me as well, I went first and lost $60,

after couple of days spending here, what I realize is, it is a community of bad people in majority and good people are very less,
buying/selling of bitcointalk accounts happen so often, on the other hand many users have more than one account. some Hero and Legendary ranked members have low rank accounts and use them to cheat newbies like us,

Why scammer is not banned?
Scams are not moderated. So scammers do not get banned. Rather are tagged by users so others can know that they are likely to scam. This is how bitcointalk has been working since the beginning.

Open a thread at scam accusation  section. He will get negative trust in no time, once you provide the required proof of getting scammed.  Sad to see you get scammed. Next time use an escrow before you initiate a trade.

I posted a rating for him, but will not lost more time. Im on holiday and yes lost 200USD but its not all. My time worh more. Thank you for your time.

This only showing, that the Rating showing under nick is for nothing and if is so important to look email change why not to RESET rating with every email change... note for admins.

P. S. I got maybe 10 other PMs to exchange and send DOGEs first. Probably from this same acammer or other ones. Please all who wanna me to send first go to hell... by I will not reply more to peoples who wanna me firstly send DOGEs what you wanna my other DOGEs? Fuck you.
