Even if in the market will be such promising and perspective coins like ToN, really good coins will survive and develops as well. What about shitcoins - they will die soon.
Some will die and wont recover after the bear market , some will shine more than what they got on the previous bull run its the matter of picking the right coin at the right time for me im not touching anything that is from 50 below on Market cap rank. wanted to get and accumulate a more established Crypto rather than buy a lot of cheap alts that you have no guarantee of surviving
I think good chunk of alts will die as most of them had extremely ambitious roadmaps. Some already xit scammed. Only disciplined projcts with real use case will remain. 2018 was the year of free money for them through ICOs now thats over and only teams really delivering will survive. Then again who knows maybe btc bear market will put everyone through nuclear winter.
There may be altcoins that might die because of excessive overload of ico. However, the quality of the project is strong, the market is well-known and the team of hard-working altcoins can be permanent.
We know from this condition, that so many ico projects which are contributing to the number of altcoin. The market must be going on with the selection naturally, that the ico project with the good concept and can be trusted will survive, and vice versa for the ico project that no good concept will disappear own self.
Next year will more competitive and more selective, we are who there is in this business getting smart and will more carefully to choose the best of ico project, sure.

2019 will have many of big coin as Telegram, Facebook... What will happen to the remaining altcoin?
2019 won't be hype just like before for altcoins. I've heard a rumor about facebook that there's an insider and said that they are going to create their new coin. But that's a rumor which doesn't have an official announcement if they really are creating it. The remaining altcoin will be there and will work just like the normal way.
the number of new ICOs will continue to compete with these established ICOs which led to market selection. those who have a solid community and a more promising market will continue to survive, the rest will die automatically
I've seen some promising alt-coin projects, so i have my hopes up. Especially in crypto-gaming, with actual gameplay and trading.
The scammers will hopefully disappear and remain true. now there are many scam coin and project and there should be more quality things for it
I can not imagine the existence of cryptology without altcoins, for the prosperity of the roar small fish are needed. And with the telegraph it is not clear at all, they collected the milliards and all.

According to some experts, 2019 will be the prosperity of altcoin or will have an improvement in the trend. ~ 2000 coin on the market will be a big number if there is no competition for improvement and development. So, wait for it.
Projects with decent ideas will live, and if you add good specialists to the team, everything will be cool .... But such giants will certainly change the market))) can for the better
Many coins will die and the strongest ones will stay alive and after some time go up again.I belive at the end there will be about 10 altcoins which will be the same as bitcoin
People are already scared and are panicky over the future of altcoin Bui believe there are projects out there with great potentials . Such projects undoubtedly are going to survive while the scams will eventually fizzle out sooner than later
I believe that the scam will always exist. Most of the altcoins will not disappear. Don't be too optimistic.

in the end when the blockchain and crypto market is mature, a 90% wipeout of altcoins isn't too far fetched imo

yes, the weak coins will die in 2019, and the strong coins will stay exist in 2019. for the big coin which can give benefits to the user will have a bright future and will still live, and even they can get more support from other people. but in 2019, I think it will many another new altcoin that will release on the market, and they want to offer to the people to give support for their project, and as long as the project is good enough to provide the best to the people, the project will get their support.
Many coins can not survive such crisis kriptovalyut and leave the market. But the strongest will remain and will cost even more than before.

I don't really think altcoin will die completely though some will be seriously affected considering the market situation .Altcoin that does not have relevnce or real use case will die untimely .There are some classes of altcoins that will survive as well .Those with relevance and real use case will survive .
