I believe Bitcoin will rise to a very high level at one point and then fall like we have seen before.
Obviously this is highly dependent on the media and countries such as China.

as long as it keeps up its popularity and is used often then yes however i dont see those 5,000 price tags per bitcoin till 2 3 year from now when coins become even harder to mine.

Or.... US will create their own crypto currency, with the same benefits of bitcoins, but without the volatility. With 1-to-1 parity to US$. Then bitcoin price will crash.

It is not possible to have the same benefits as bitcoins AND to maintain 1-to-1 parity with US$. Those are incompatible objectives.

So then you can use mBTC (millibitcoins).
If you have 1 bitcoin, then you have 1000 millibitcoins.
That means you can buy 1000 times as much stuff.
It is absolutely possible, but I dont think it will happen. At last, I don't want it's value to raise that high. It will be to expensive for me using bitcoins.

Right now it's basically doiing what it did all summer, when it was around $100 and boring. Good time to go out, advertise, and get your friends into it, before it starts going up again in a month or two.
I'm sure I get your notion, but boring is not the best word for 850$ per 1 BTC
