Unfortunately they got beaten by Dallas as for today. I want to root for their winning streak as Giannis did improved a lot this and last season. Besides they are subtle about their development in the past years, and they got quite their name in the east. Well, on the other hand it is quite tough to have winning streak as this season there are lots of good players and coaches that are now on the league. And besides, this generation is far more different than 1971 - 1972 league.

The streak was stopped by a Dallas Mavericks without Luka.. They need to start again to break the all time best of winning streak which they still have a chance. Also, the best record is still alive, I just don't expect that they would loss against the Dallas.
This is an upset but this is NBA, anything can happen. Most of us do not expect the MAVS to defeat the Bucks. Even the sportbooks have double digit plus on MAVs.

But this is a big blow psychologically because they lost without the other teams best players.
Maybe, but they are professionals. To them, this is just one game. They'll learn from it and move on.

i thought it was Lakers that will cut the streak was not expecting the Mavs without the ace player Luca will do the honor.
anyway this is just for winning streak but the chance for championship is still long days ahead.and many things may change as time passes by in this season.

Yes, it's have a psychological effect on them so better prepare your crypto when they clash against the Lakers  Smiley.

It will be different story with the Lakers, maybe they got so relax and they take the mavericks lightly in this game but after this loss, for sure they won't loss focus, they will continue to play hard and aim to establish the best record in the NBA.

Exactly, I thought that the this one is already in the bag for the Bucks since Luka is not going to play. Giannis had a monster game, but Mavericks with Porzingis and Curry at the help keep the lead for Dallas eventhough there are attempts from the Bucks to keep the game close.

That's what i'm thinking also, Bucks which have high confidence because of their winning streak will destroy Luka-less Mavericks but i'm wrong and that only means that anything can happen around the NBA and there are no sure bet here lol.

I remember the Mavs' game against the Heat over the weekend wherein they were down by 20+ but still they manage to get the game into overtime though they loss but still it's a big comeback knowing that Luka is out already.

I guess Mavericks will have to start all over again. But this is a big blow psychologically because they lost without the other teams best players.

You mean "Bucks"?

It will be not enough because of Lebron and Davis. However, the equaliser here is the bench player of Bucks, experience wise they have the upper hand. And if they bring their A game with them against the Lakers, most likely they have a chance. So I agree that this we are all eagerly awaiting for this game. Both are motivate, so let's see.
As long as Giannis Antetokounmpo is healthy, who is their star player; there is a big possibility that their 18th straight win will continue. The Bucks are dominating the eastern conference and their standing are the same with Lakers who dominating the western conference. Their both roster is solid and there are big possibilities that these 2 teams will face each other in playoffs.

Ouch, Giannis is healthy scoring closed to 50 points however, Luka-less Dallas ended up their winning streak at 18. They might be dominating the Eastern conference, but it looks like Western conference is very tough to go through. Their next stop will be Lakers, so will Bucks go on a 0-2 after having a good run?

End of winning streak but this is really promising this year, and I'sure Lakers will still on their run to regain the title.
The NBA team this year is really great, with a spread out of the NBA legends though I feel sad for the Dubs nation for being on the bottom this year. Anyway, Milwaukee already have the chance to play in the play off and can still go for the finals.

Yup, I wasn't expecting them to lose to a Doncic-less Mavs also and at home court too.

The 73-9 record held by GSW will probably stay for another decade. If there's any team that could break that this season, it's most likely the Lakers but the chances are slim.

They are already writing history.
They are doing it for the Milwaukee and if they keep performing like that they are going to make a record for the whole NBA. Giannis deserves to get a ring this season and I hope that he will be a part of Bucks history.
I reckon about Giannis deserves to get the ring this time but it wouldn't be easy for them just because want them to take it.

There's an awaited match for Bucks and Lakers and let's see who will be the one that will remain stable with their position. I guess the majority here will bet for Lakers but I want to see Bucks dominate them but this is just a mere guess.
It wont really be that easy for bucks to take out Lakers. On this game we would see on who'se better among the two and would able to retain their streak.

Im not a Lakers nor a Bucks fan but i do recognize Giannis performance but that would really be that enough to beat Lakers?

Currently, the Bucks now have the longest active winning streak this season, their record is 21 w 3 l and 15 Winning streak.

Bucks now are playing against the Pelicans and it looks like they are going to extend this to 16.

These are the record that they will have to break.

Winning streak
33 winning streak Los Angeles Lakers /1971–72*

Best record in the NBA
Golden state Warriors 73-9

Their performance showed a lot of graceful moves to beat the opponent. However Bucks shouldn't take for granted the possibility that they will be undertaken by other team, they must put this certain aspects that might hinder their wins. Being too aggressive should be controlled, and avoid outside shoots just to get the three points because I've seen a lot of loss ball due to that actions. Playing ball inside and near the ring is a must and it's a helpful thing to make it towards the history.

Milwaukee have good team like with Giannis and Middleton then with a lot of three pointer in their team so they can make history for sure like they will continue to win still it so hard to win because there's a lot of team like their team that really strong so my point is that's possible but base in prediction only,Moreover i think they have high chance to win than to lose that's all
Those deadly shooters really adds the killing instinct of the team, while the focus of their opponents are with Giannis and Middleton they can both distribute the ball with shooters or bring it inside their big Man, Bucks is already a big package with the last years MVP leading the team both
from offense and defense the chance of making an history is very high.

Record is now 22-3 (16 winning streak)

Facing Mavs and Lakers is going to be tough. The other three looks winnable but you never know what's going to happen.

I personally don't think they can.
+1 on this, maybe they can beat Mavs but Lakers/they will go through the hardest game of their professional career lol.

they are doing good no doubt about that but i don't think this is enough to go breaking their history and making new one .
They would face up Mavs next and i can say that they do have a chance on stealing another win and as per report;
"Doncic is expected to miss multiple weeks after sustaining a moderate right ankle sprain in Saturday's game against the Heat, "

The question here is on Lakers which would be on Friday and this is where the true hardship starts.  Smiley
