Most of them are successful with their launches but the stability and consistency is where they're questionable. Not that a lot of them really survives for that long. And that's why with projects like OP is proposing, I don't think that it will take a long time for the market or even the game alone. Well, it's for the users to tell if they are good enough and the developers of it should be strong and firm with what they're working on. The consistency of the community should be maintained and provided by the devs of it on how they cater the needs of the demand of their gameFIs.
by bringing the concept in this gamefi, it is convincing enough to start it, of course it is inseparable from fans who always expect better, therefore we must look at all existing aspects to make it better in this gamefi activity.
Having a good concept is convincing but that is not enough for some of us who already have an experience on this market. What some of us need is a real action. They need to launch their project and after it, they should be consistent. Many are not good at it, so actually only a few projects can survive and last for a long time.

Both the investor and the project owner must look for that existing aspect to know if the project is already good in quality before they proceed. About this project, it is only just a game but its concept is unexpected as it tackles the problem of the netizens right now and that is none other than the "ads". Ads are everywhere including on the most games that we are playing but I think I rarely see them in a legit crypto game. Guess it is because they can earn already with cryptos, so they don't need it anymore.

This solution about ads is not new anymore and there are lots of them already but I think a few of them have only work well. If this project here can also work well, then there is still a chance for it to become successful. This might be worth checking out especially if we are also into gaming, as that is also its other or primary feature.

A good game and good mechanics crypto-wise would bring success to any gamefi project, question is how it would be brought upon the game and the community it has  Grin

Just saw another interesting gamefi project today named CROS https://www.cros.world/ , I noticed it when I saw they were launching a new token. What exactly makes it interesting? That's because the project's platform is one for In-game ads. I was really surprised when I saw when I saw In-game ads since it was my first time hearing about such a concept after some research, though I was able to get the general idea of it.

So for people that play games or even do anything on the internet, we know how annoying it is to be suddenly hit by ads and worse, being forced to watch it. So apparently, this project helps developers " to monetize their games by seamlessly incorporating ads that are integral to gameplay" Ngl, I was pretty impressed with the idea. It works for both ends of games, the developers and the consumers. Still, I'd like to hear from you guys have you heard of this project and it's token, if you have please give some more clarification to the matter. Tq

I think it is great you showed CROS. It's a breath of fresh air to see a project that tries to do something innovative, for both the user and the player. Well-integrated ads actually can enrich gameplay instead of taking away from it. This often is what happens with traditional advertising. I find this model interesting because of the fact that it changes the approach of manufacturers to money. Instead of relying completely on initial purchases or in-app purchases. They can create a revenue stream that doesn't warp the player's spiral. This, in turn, might come with innovative advertising opportunities strictly tied into gameplay.

But I'm curious to know how funding and professionalism balance out one another. Are the ads going to be annoying, or are they just going to be too much to enjoy? May attract players away Interesting, that's what it's going to be when CROS intends to enact this in order to have the ads become part of the game rather than a nuisance. As for the token, how does that fit into lifestyle? Any types of benefits offered? Will it be offered to the players, like with in-game discounts or any kind of reward for participating in an advertisement? Any comments about Tokenomics or development plans for the project would be greatly appreciated!

From what I can see, cros robust interfaces was specifically designed for advertisers to manage and track their ingame campaign, let's see how they execute this. Is this a first mover? Cos if it is then I'll be thinking of getting the token when trading is live on platforms, probably via this launchpool

What a great insight into the powerful tools that CROS offers advertisers! If done right, it will set a new standard in in-game advertising and even offer an experience between advertiser and gamer. Effective management and tracking of campaigns are only possible, thereby making ads more relevant as players are kept engaged but not overwhelmed.

As a first, CROS seems to be trying to carve a niche in the GameFi space if they are the first to offer an integrated approach towards in-game ads. That could be a huge advantage regarding attracting both users and advertisers looking for new ways to reach their audiences. Concerning tokens, Attending launch events might prove a good strategy in particular in case the project manages to attract attention. What value do tokens add to the ecosystem? Does it have potential for best access to premium, exclusive content in the game or maybe rewards for advertisers? Understanding how to use them will allow us to realize the long-term value. Definitely keeping a watch on this project and its development!
I'm still researching as to if they're the first movers, but so far on paper cros looks good.. they've created diverse ways for users to get in touch with their ecosystem like ad revenue sharing, power staking etc. would you be interested in holding the token? I just saw it on launchpool with interesting APR, this could be a good option for early entry.. what do you think??

Emphasis on "forced to watch ads" this can be a mood killer especially when you're sort of engrossed in the game you're playing. Yeah, I've heard about Cros and what it does and also about the token. It's currently trading at 0.17 on the Bitget pre-market counter . I believe there's also a launchpool with a generous price pool.

Well, this is better than a pyramid scheme. At least they made a way to where the money will come from instead of just relying on new investors buying the products and then spreading that money to the investors who bought it first. That's how Axie Infinity lived for a long time and its pyramid scheme kind of projects don't work for a long time because there will be a point where no one will be buying anymore.

I like this more when a project will find a way to make money and not get it from investors only. I might try it but I will not expect anything yet. Still gotta make sure that it's secured and check the team behind it. Thank you for sharing.

If I got into it, it would more likely be by deploying their ads if they do turn out to be decent.

I hope this will change sooner or later.
We can just hope for the best but we will never know if most of them adopts to what's needed by the gaming community. There's so much to improve but because they're connecting it with 'fi' finance or money and crypto, that's how the whole setting is being changed. The motivation should be with the game and how its potential community that it's being built should be prioritized and not with the milking scene that we're usually seeing mostly with all of the game fi projects that are being launched during the bull run.

Totally. It can be either a good move that wouldn't enforce anything upon the players, or go even worse than it was if the ads were played during the game, but at least there was a time fragment dedicated to them and that would be all.
If the ads start interrupting gameplay in the middle of an action, even if they’re well-placed, it could easily backfire. The key is finding that balance where the ads feel like a natural part of the experience, or at the very least, they don’t ruin the immersion. It's definitely a fine line between adding value to the game and frustrating the players.

I think the key is to make ads feel like a natural part of the game world. For example, if the game is set in a futuristic city, ads could be billboards or holographic displays.

Or maybe adding up some ads onto the drinks and consumables during the game, that would be cool too, of course, it should be appropriately done.

It is a good concept to eliminate the in-game ads, I am also annoyed with those but one simple way of tackling that is by not connecting the phone to the internet when you play. But it depends to the games that we play and if your games are needing to be connected to the web then that's all you have to deal with. Anyway, there is not that much success rate for these gamefi's. Just like this study made by coingecko, 3 out of 4 of it fails based on the study done in 2023.

this stat is interesting, from my observation as well, so many game fi, even if they gotten successful in their launches, easily getting valued at half billion market valuation, always tanks afterwards.

just see pixfi, it was supposed to be big thing, everyone hyped the game up, but now, the marketcap not even fraction of its ATH, gamefi is among the worst investment there is in my list if i'm being honest, always tanks.

I don't think any GameFi project can fully eliminate the annoyance of ads, but it could at least reduce the disruption by making them less intrusive. If the ads blend into the game in a way that doesn’t interrupt the flow or immersion, it might be a win-win situation for both developers and players.

It would still depend heavily on how well it's executed. Even if the ads are integrated into the gameplay, if they feel forced or don't align with the game's theme, it could still annoy players.

Sounds good but I doubt it could happen, to pull an ads that's integrated to game and make it as if it looks like part of the game is difficult, time consuming and requires resources, the people who willing to advertise don't want such inconvenience.
moreover game that has in game ads usually aren't great game anyway, very few played them.

Wow that is a lot of GameFi games still up and running though.

I wonder why the stats only go back to 2018, my Galactic Milieu has been up and running since at least 2012, and has been slowly but surely growing ever since, without in-game ads.

The concept is really nice! It is annoying to watch multiple ads while playing games, especially in mobile. If this company is able to help the game developers make money without disrupting the game playing experience, I think it will have a bright future. But it is somewhat difficult to execute because the payment of Google ads is one of the best in the industry.

But yes if this platform can help us to get rid of the annoying ads, I will look forward for its success.

Yeah, depends on how it would be implemented gameplay-wise.
It can be done either pretty good for the experience without disrupting much or go miserably, realistically Grin
