Before 2017 year we have all seen bitcoin prices lower than $1000 even this year on the 12th of january and the 25th of march the bitcoin prices are under $1000, but now and in the future I think the bitcoin price not will again longer be lower than $1000 and will continue Increase although still like to dump but it is not a big dump and no need to panic.
I don't think that Bitcoin will be lower than 1000$ now. It is growing a very good rate of growth and a 2000$ fall in price is not possible at all. Millions of people have invested in Bitcoin and i think that it will only grow in future.
You are right millions of people are invested on bitcoin if this goes lower $1k then no one will believe bitcoin in future. It will become dead currency. So I think it will never go lower $1k now. But there is a chance to come lower $2k. This is 70 - 30 chances are there our bad luck it may fall otherwise the price keep on raising. I dont think it will ever go below 1000 but I also don't think it will be dead if that happens. Haven't you seen the counter that counts the number of times bitcoin has been declared dead? The simple fact is its here to stay forever.
Manipulators are good are shaking off the weak hands and prevent bitcoin from bubbling. The volatility we see now is just a healthy correction and good opportunity for people with better knowledge to buy in.

In a way I almost don't mind it when there is some fake news that causes the value to go down, much to the dislike of the rest of the community but cheaper BTC is always something I like.
Yes,theres a little chance that we might see bitcoin below 1000$ if panic selling has made a huge impact on the price. If panic selling will last for a month expect the big decrease on bitcoins price.

For me, we will not see again the bitcoin will lower than $1000 again. It is very impossible because nowadays the bitcoin is more powerful and more popular than before. The value of the btc is still continuing to goes up.

Bitcoin will not go down below $2000 I am pretty sure of that. But this year, we may see the price reaching $3500-4000 and become stable around that price point.

The way the market is right now, I don't see Bitcoin crashing to below $1,000. I do expect more small crashes to occur, but I doubt it will dip much lower than the $2,000 mark. Of course, there always surprises in the land of Bitcoin

Yes nowadays the market is going very stronger we can see that the price often come to $2200 and after that immediately it come back to its higher value that is showing that everything is going better and the price will increase more in the future because of its mass adoption. .

It will simply mean to me that bitcoin don’t have enough strength to overcome the problems and so it will not be brave but a foolish attempt to go for investment in bitcoin in such a situation.

Looks like it has recovered today. I was out for a couple of days and seeing the price dip really caught me by surprise. But I didn't panic sell because I do think the bitcoin can recovered. And look at it today, my speculation is correct. Yeah, its really hard to predict the price of bitcoin because its purely speculative market, but if you have trusted in the system, I think you will not panic sell if you see the price dip, its just a normal swing. What I'm worried though is in Aug 1 when the UASF will activate. I hope there will be no big dumps otherwise we will see the price go as low as $1000, which will be very frustrating for us.
There are lots of problems in the past which some of them are major ones that bitcoin encounters. They are all surpassed and bitcoin move forward. Support from the community is always the key.
Price dump speculations are building around that August 1 event. Prior to that, most speculations are price will crashed. But here we go again in this kind of situation. By looking technically at the inside stuffs of the said event, it's not that price dump will be the majority thing to happen. Just look at how far bitcoin moves today and with just a possible split it will be crashed. Im positive, still will not sold my coins but rather keep it alongside with my private keys.

Bitcoin were into the up and down when there were the same players around, since Japan exchanges joined the market bitcoin price has jumped, i really doubt we will see bitcoin lower then 2000 dollars, such dump would cause panic over the most people, but bitcoin its a healthy coin, and wouldnt be the first time it does loose a big value, but loose 1500 dollars it would a deep attack at bitcoin.

It is now a legalized currency by the Japanese government which have made the bitcoin more strengthen. People are now aware that the Bitcoin is got something in it that the world is accepting it so in such a situation people will wait for the price to up.

Now the growing popularity of bitcoins in the world. This increases the demand for coins and so in the near future prices of $ 1,000 will not. The price will continue to grow. To what extent is difficult to predict, but it doesn't matter. The main thing is to buy coins when the price drops and you can't lose.

For now, even if bitcoin's value is slowly sliding down, it is still generally stable. We still cannot see a 1 BTC: <1000$ ratio coming.
But if we talk of real possibilities in the future, everything's possible. A serious unforeseen event that could shake the entire bitcoin market to its very core might cause its price appreciation to go very low, lower than 1000$.
But for now, there's nothing to worry about.
