I would accept if they send my salary equivalent amount of btc at the current rate of INR. I'll just convert it to fiat without delay. SO that i may not loss.

That would be pretty pointless though wouldn't it? I mean if the first thing you gonna do is convert them to your local currency why not just get paid in INR directly? Also, no matter how fast you are in exchanging them, there is always a small chance you could lose some money since BTC price changes pretty much every second. Plus not to mention it would be a ton of hassle especially if you need money urgently.
Blindly I need my salary.NO matter which currency it is, i'll convert it to INR as much possible i can. And i said "i would accept" not "i only accept", so bitcoin is just an option to get paid my salary.

Right now, I'd say no. If you ask me why... well, as you can see the price is going up and down and not just by small amounts. Let's say you're paid one hundred dollars in bitcoin and then something happens that reduces the price of the bitcoin and you end up with a lot more that 100$, but the main thing, for me, would be the price jumping and falling.
I think if you have the means to exchange bitcoin to fiat automatically after you accept it's not a problem. I think it's not a problem if the company gives bonuses if accept bitcoin

Thats is the obvious reason for me and every body else as well that why they dont wanna recieve their salary in bitcoin.Just because of volatile nature of bitcoin, every month price would be different and so managing salary would become a difficult job.

You are both right and most of us all here  had the same reason why  they dont want to accept  bitcoin as their salary because  of  bitcoins volatility and with that our salary would depend  on  bitcoins price . If company would agree  to pay you bitcoin by equivalent in dollar amount then its okay which you could  exchange it to fiat directly to  spend it.

In Europe there is a hot new pertaining to a company whose going to introduce paying bitcoins to their employees. But given the instability of the bitcoins market value is it an advantage for the employees or an disadvantage. In my opinion this kind of payment for salary is not yet beneficial to employees not until bitcoins price has become stabled. Though if bitcoin will start to increase its monetary value it can be advantageuos but if not then it is a peril to the employees. So what do you think, what is your opinion on this matter?

Not matter how nice that looks, i think that it is pretty bad idea for workers, And ,of course, i wouldn't want to get my salary in bitcoins.
Price of bitcoins is very unstable. I wouldn't like to get 2000$ salary one day, and see that i have only 1400$ in my wallet next day. if price would be stable, everything would be fine, but it is not even close to be stable actually, it changes many times in single day, and it changes by a lot.

Also, lack of stores. With fiat you can pay everywhere you want, while with bitcoins you can't. I live in pretty large city and i never saw store that accepts bitcoins, i also travel a lot, but from 7 countries i saw bitcoins-accepting store in one country only. So again, if there would be more stores that accepts bitcoins, everything would be much better than it is now.

I think ( and hope ) That in future it will be different: Price will be stable and there will be plenty of stores, so after 10 or more years it would be nice to get salary in bitcoins.

of course i will accept it, bitcoin is my main currency in online world, if someone want to give me salary, i recomendation to use bitcoin than other currency

But your usage will be limited only to online world, you won't be able to spend them offline, and you need to convert them to fiat before spending at physical places and that will involve transaction fees.

it's not a big problem, i found some trusted exchanger in my country, so i can exchange my bitcoin anytime anywhere if i can connect in internet.

Converting bitcoins to local currency is not a big problem, but I think those exchanges will charge you some fees which can be a costly affair for you.

At this time, no I would not.  Bitcoin is so volatile right now, the  risks outweigh the positives. Yes, I could make  thirty percent profit in fiat in a day, but I  could also lose the same.

Actually Bitcoin is not volatile that much nowadays. For the past two months the volatility of BTC have been always below 10% in one day.

I would accept Bitocin as my salary without hesitations.

Pay employees with bitcoin, at the moment, I might not agree. If the company pays the bitcoin, sometimes it could be beneficial, but if the price falls it could be detrimental to the employees.

No I would not accept it has my salary because of the fact that its not worth getting it in the bitcoin.
And the bitcoin can also fall so its a risk and I do not want to take that honestly.
I dont think bitcoin is not worth and i would also not accept bitcoins as salary but i dont have this reason. The second one i agree with you that it is quiet risky thing to recieve the salary in bitcoin because of its price instablity and also fee that has to be paid on exchanges while converting them to fiat money.

I would like to receive payments on bitcoin, it would be easier to receive every month. But I'd rather wait for the price to stabilize.

Well, you say right now but in my opinion, bitcoin will need a t least 15 to 20 years to become stable and if that is the case then you will not be accepting bitcoin any time soon.
Time is the element here and we cannot predict how many year will have to pass to make this a mainstream currency, maybe we just need to continue supporting it so in the right time it will grow and be successful as like what we wanted it to happen.

Bitwage is a great way to get paid in bitcoin if you choose to do so. Olaf from Coinbase has been getting his salary as bitcoin for a while now.
