Sometime I bet on soccer matches in countries where I do not have a clue how good the teams are and how they perform. I just compare the league ranks of teams. For example, if there is a match between a team that is ranked second and a team that is ranked 18th, and when the odds are better for the team that is ranked higher, then I bet a small stake on the better ranked team. It has worked very well so far. Especially for leagues in south and central america.
I just bet on a Serbian soccer match that I know nothing about and it is winning for me.
So is it beginners luck maybe? I don't care just as long as it wins for me.

No i wont, why will i put my money on something i don't know, sport is something that you can predict and speculate, so i dont want to only rely on my luck when i bet in sport, besides of that the main reason i gamble is for fun, if i don't understand the sport match how can i enjoy the betting
yeah basically prefer to gamble on an instant outcome games like roulette, dice, baccarat etc , but there is no harm in trying to do it isn't it? for example when there is no 'well-known' event to bet , but your fingers can't stand to wait then you may could try to bet on random event as your fun betin your spare time, have you experienced something like that previously?i know what you mean and i also like the games that are fast, specially dice games. you bet on a completely random and 100% fair thing and enjoy the risk in a blinking of an eye.
but also these types of games become boring fast, which means you can't play them forever. that is why i also like to try other games, like some sports betting on the side. and since i am not much of a sports person i created this topic to know what others think.
I have done it when many folks are talking about it it is always nice to join the bandwagon and maybe might enjoy it . It is always nice to see new things cause some unexpected things might happen . Though it is not very recommendable cause its much easy to lose your gambling fund since youre depending on luck alone, you barely have any information on it

I have placed bets on football matches without having any knowledge of these games as I had not to invest my real money. I checked the tips and updates about the football match I was going to bet on and I've won half the number of times I bet.

To win is the main reason why I am betting only to any sport games that I know. Betting on unfamiliar sport games is just a waste of money because there is a little or no chance of winning at all. It better to get familiarized with a particular first before you play on any sport games.
Yes it is a waste of money if you don't know what really gambling is. That's why we call it gambling, you don't know what will be the result of it, so you are gambling. That's why you can just have sometime for reading and researching about it, so that you can be familiar or have some knowledge before betting with it.

lol gambling itself are about guessing something uncertain isn't it?so it is doesn't matter if you sometimes do a random bet , as gambling are a game of chance . you will have 50% chance to lost and to win , i do random bet on sportsbetting too , not often but i did it.

I have done it before because not all leagues I am aware of and even some teams I have never heard of them before but because the odds are good and I follow some tipster after reviewing former predictions of the individual and found that its correct, I go for it but times without number I have lost so I made a resolution to just settle with the teams I know about and not just some random suggested winnings most times those tipster are covered by emotions as a result of support for the teams...

Beginners most of them without knowledge of particular game starts gambling but someone lucky wins and starts to know more and one who is unlucky quits at the beginning itself.

Yes I am ever doing so. bet on the team that I don't know. but the result is always bad, so I won't ever again bet on a team that I don't know. I'll just bet on a great team that I know and in my opinion not a good choice if you bet on a team you don't know, it's like too imposing for the win.
Its really a bad thing or idea on betting a certain team that you wont know since its like your betting on random basis without any analysis and information on such team but some people will like to bet even if they dont know. Results might still vary because this is gambling too it might go to win your bet or loss. Its all the same the differences here is the enjoyment involve on a game.That's very unusual and a bad bet if you will bet to those team that you don't know and it will be the worst thing if you will bet for the sports that you don't know. And it is not a protocol in sports betting if you don't know the team that you are betting and its your choice, but being a wise gambler you won't risk your bitcoin too much with it.
Exactly, it is really difficult to do the bet in that team, that you know about it too much. But for experience wise, you have better is that should check it out than do bet.

And I guess the most popular is with basketball specifically NBA, better to bet on the sports that you are familiar because it is your money that you are gambling not others.
Definitely we don't have to risk our money for uncertain bets better to bet to the games that you know and if you lose then you won't blame others but yourself. Because if you lose for the bet that you have made with those unfamiliar games, you will blame yourself and the regret is always going to come to your mind.

I do this way to freaking much. I keep trying to tail people who know a lot about sports I don't follow, and this always bites me in the ass. I rarely watch the NBA or UFC, but I keep finding myself betting on these sports out of boredom. Boredom betting is killing my bankroll, and I really need to just stick to soccer and football.
if you have good assessment with those games mate better to stick from it as nba really wrecking us around many favored team loses even bettors expecting them to win i guess its too early to make good analysis with nba games we will only risk our money if we rely with good tipsters. just move on to the type of games you are aware of i'm saying this because i also love to follow tipsters bet but only for smaller stake just playing for fun with my little btc.

I do bet on sports in which I dont know the team but I watch the sport and have knowledge about it and Im watching the game but I hardly ever bet on something completely random. I dont get the point of doing that. If I wanted to do that.. Id rather try my luck on Dice site which has the lowest house% age. Coz from what I see most of the sportsbooks have a bigger house% than dice. So why not just try dice and get an instant result?

The OP means betting on those sports about which you do not know completely like you do not watch those sports and come to bet on them for the first time.It is totally wasting of our money and you have mentioned that you often bet on sports where you do not know about team that is also much risky as if you do not know atht which team is good so how will you bet for one.
