No, it's a difficult subject for children, it's too early.  I would buy a book like this for a teenager to get him acquainted with new words.

I don't think I will do this. It can be seen that OP is very obsessed with encryption, and now wants to train small encryption enthusiasts.
However, there are also some problems that are difficult for adults to understand, and it is not easy for children to accept them. At a certain age, children should be given a reasonable environment and interest.

Depends on the full content of the Book. If it's accurate and safe for kids I would buy it. Wish I saw the remaining alphabets to see what they represent before deciding whether it's OK for kids or not.
It's actually a creative way to teach kids about Bitcoin.

It sounds like a great book to learn about bitcoin but I wouldn't buy bitcoin books for young children. Because they need a certain age to teach about bitcoin at such a young age it interferes with their mental and other growth gradually grow up teaching them technology and the use of blockchain it will help them to learn about bitcoin when they get used to reading books they usually learn something new from their parents.

...

my children are young and I would not buy useless and very heavy books like this for them...

I think I will start teaching them about bitcoin and cryptocurrency when they turn 15, so before that, they should be able to enjoy their youth well. Giving books that discuss Bitcoin to children will only confuse their minds and disrupt their playing time.

Sounds like a interesting book. It could be good to get kids interested in crypto currencies at a young age. The only problem I still have tons if children books at my parents. They never threw anything away and from my cousins and nephews they also kept all the books. It's problem not needed to by any more children books. Why not use the money instead and buy already some alt coins for the kids?

It is a good idea to introduce your kids to ideas that will be beneficial to them later in life. But the problem is, will it help the child's brain to develop as it should? I doubt it. This is because children learn by what they come in contact with physically. Blockchain technology is too abstract for them to understand what you are talking about.

Kids might not well deeply catch up on blockchain technology. But, Occasionally should share some blockchain information with them when they become an adult will have a good concept about blockchain technology. So it is the experience base of blockchain technology for their daily life of working and social communication.

For the children in my families we show them YouTube videos not reading books.  And I agree there is no need to forced crypto currencies down young children so young until they show a interest.

Well children is a wide age range - but when we talk about children who fresh lerned the abc I would not confront them with such technical stuff. Let them lern about the nature, how to handle smartphones/computers and then crypto some day...they will do it alone anyway (and will laugh about you how noob you are, like we do with our parents these days  Cheesy )

I have no kids now so basically I am not part of the discussion , But being a parent and will have my side here.

Children loves to play that's why in Nursery schools , teachers tend to make schooling like playing so children will enjoy while learning.

But with this book ? how can w apply the teaching in to happy things when crypto is a serious matter as it talks about money?

No I want my kid to have a normal kid's life and how would they interact when they are going to school and the teacher teach them about the alphabet?
It is like twisting what they really need to learn with your own obsession.
What's next you wouldn't let them go to school because it isn't really needed at crypto?

I also want my child to grow up like a normal child in general, I will not introduce cryptocurrency before my child is 18 years old.
I do support cryptocurrencies, and will definitely introduce crypto to my child, but not too early. What I'm afraid of is that my child
will become depressed because he has to learn something that he is not ready to accept. All things are good if learned at the right time.

Let's look ahead. Bitcoin will be a huge part of our world and I believe young people will be the early adopters of this technology. I think they will be the ones building a decentralized economy, rather than relying on government fiat currency or traditional central bank banking. Even if Bitcoin technology doesn't succeed in some manner in the years to come, the awareness and uptake of the underlying technology will be a success. And kids will help with that! The blockchain is a revolutionary technology and the sooner our children are able to get their hands on it, the better.

If anyone has a Netflix subscription then you should watch Scorpion. There are genius children out there who would find the Apples, Bananas, and Cherries book simple and boring. Vitalik Buterim probably avoided sesame street growing up and his future kid will probably learn from the Altcoins, Bitcoins, and Crypto book

Children can even hardly understand the regular learning method now we will implement this to them? I don't want my Daughter hurt her mind learning this . There will be right time that i will introduce crypto to her but not with her very small brain and all i want here is to enjoy the teaching and not make it more harder.
Why not?For the new encryption technology, I will introduce it to my children. There is nothing wrong with learning more advanced concepts. Although I have no children yet, I will definitely be in the future.
So now i see what you have that thought because once you become a father/mother for sure their best interest is your main objective .

Maybe they do not need books to know about bitcoin. We can teach them a simple way and not confuse them with complicated books or explanations. They will learn by themselves, especially if they are interested in bitcoin and with the internet era, I am sure they will easily get as much info as they want about bitcoin. Maybe if they are interested in some books about bitcoin and ask me to buy those books, I will buy those books to learn more about bitcoin. But most books' content is almost the same as what we see on the internet.

While I will be happy that my children will learn about crypto specifically Bitcoin yet I don't think they are ready on this kind of knowledge.
specially if how can they apply those words in their Very young and Weak Minds.

I think in time i will but not in they very younger age.

I do not have any children but this is very interesting. I do not have any problem with introducing children to Bitcoin and blockchain from an early age. If this is the future of money then they should learn about it early in their life. Learning about bitcoin does not detract from other subjects they might be interested in. They are capable of learning multiple things and they will still have enough time to do other activities.
