I invest in ICO projects based on real technology and products. just as the project is ready to introduce the product to everyone. this will make investors interested in joining the ICO project.
If yes, would you invest in technology or industrial projects?
Making money through icos investments has been my desire since last year but I have never been opportune to make profits investing in icos is most that I have invested in could not even return my capital talk less of profits. I will prefer to now invest in industrial project than technology.
I think at the ICO stage it's hard to imagine what will yield the most profit. You need to study the team and product of the project well.
For me if the ICO industry is trustworthy and not SCAM and has strong evidence about the ICO I will invest in the ICO industry with a record that the results must have profit.

in 2018 I never invested ico because I thought 2018 was a very bad year for crypto, I see a lot of people losing their money ... lots of coins fell when entering the market, maybe I would return ico investment if the market started growing
