You might get newbies and even juniors fall in your trap for promoting your site, but that would leave you with nothing as that advertisement is worthless. Better come up with some new and legit ideas to get that thing promoted.

I think you will know the detail when you read his negative feedback. Promoting on service of OP is very risky because it is a ponzi and promoters might received negative feedback too just like him because you are helping to promote scammers.
