No definitely i will never do that only to focus on BTC. But if i can establish popular bitcoin casino site or coindesk like site in future than i will have no problem leaving my day job. And also multiple income sources is better than one like facebook owner is investing in lots of other offline companies to distribute risk of losing facebook popularity on future.

Signatures paying ..... scraps so not my cup of tea.
I also hate referral crap, which ofcourse i allways refuse.
The ones giving you the scraps are making the big money and laugh so hard about those doing them the pleasure for making almost free advertising.

If you are an expert in bitcoin trading, then tere are chances to make a living off   bitcoin. Only with the signature campaign income no one can the lead a life even he is single. Bitcoin ecosystem still in the developing. So it would take more time to get living out of it.

Signature campaign income? You could get banned or the campaign could close down.
It would be foolish to depend on something as uncertain as signature campaigns
im quite agree, what people can buy with just 0.035 BTC or 15$ for a week?, its just very crazy to quit day job that guarantee my life just for signature campaign

It's really #$%## to those people that will go full time on bitcoin and will leave it's real job and the only doings that people will do is thru signature campaign. Hello? Yeah you really getting a big payment there especially if you are high rank here but wake up because that is not forever.

Only relying on Signature Campaign as their source of income is really not a good idea if someone will leave their work just for it. Signature Campaign is not a source of income. It's a bonus here while gaining knowledge and yes it's not forever.

Those who do full time on bitcoin have their other bitcoin earning method than signature campaign that really pays them well so if you have a real life job and planning to do a fulltime job on bitcoin, explore all the part of what you will do to avoid regrets in the future.

signature campaign have a risk too, so i prefered you to earning from more way, more source

I agree, can't only earn from sig campaign if you are doing this.  How else are you guys earning your coins?  For me its not plausible to leave my job because I can't mine for profit due to electric cost.  Trading to me is a lot like gambling, so that isn't a stable income either.  How do you guys manage?

Offering a service to codein various language. However, you have to be fairly skilled at that language and you have to charge a high price for it to be profitable. Otherwise, sell goods from your region like anonymous debit cards.

There is only one way to deal with this ,if i can win a good ammount at bitcoin i would stay with my job since bitcoin can die tomorrow, the fact is that real job is what pay my bills ,even knowing that bitcoin can be worth a good value in the future i have bills to pay now soo bitcoins only is very very risky and just for some.

I would if I get an incentive like the Core devs who are working on bitcoin. Similarly if the job pays better than my day job, there's no reason not to leave my current job for a better one.

i remember that gavin was working for free at its time, i don't know if this is not true anymore, but every dev hold already a good portion of bitcoin, i doubt they need incentive to help bitcoin grow, their incentive is already there rising the value of their stash

Well if the core devs would have the salary in fiat that would make non sense Tongue
At least the bitcoin payments should start from them hehe, i think that even if the salary is same.
It would be better in bitcoin as its price can be increased and transaction fee are zero comparing when you get the salary through banks.

As a freelancer, I would accept Bitcoins as side income. While its price has been going to the moon, we could expect to see better profits with it and thus maybe become full time on Bitcoin. Someday, I might work full time on Bitcoin, just to see how much income I could make  Cheesy

work for bitcoin full time is not bad idea as long as you understand about the risk, because the price is volatile, never be a stable price.
well there are some site which you can use it for work full time on bitcoin or maybe just freelance: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--985550

i would quit my job and go full time on bitcoin if i got paid a variable amount of bitcoin which traded to the current amount of usd. that way i wouldnt have to worry about the current price of btc and id get paid with my favourite currency, its a win win

in fact the price of BTC will never be stable, perhaps tomorrow will be more than this price and may be less, if you want to work on bitcoin, you must know the risks

I agree. It is not best to accept all of your payments for coding in Bitcoin. You can expect to be paid in Bitcoin for every job you get for this forum, but it is still always nice to find a coding gig outside this forum that pays in fiat cash. Freelancer and ODesk are the first websites that come to my mind when looking for any freelance work.
