Do I hold SHIB? Yes. Did I profit off it and sell some off? Yes. Will I hold what I have left? Yes. Will I buy more? Probably not.
There is so many crypto out there that it's getting diluted. For now just buying the big ones and if something comes up that looks interesting or memable. Might take a flier on it
Nice to know that there are still people like you who are not greedy despite of earning some profit on these meme coins. If that happens to someone else, I think they will get tempted to buy more till it comes to a point that they will get trapped because meme coins are not a charity that gives away free money but they are like a business. Typically an illegal one.

The only problem is that investors here won't get arrested but only the owners can if their identity are revealed but it's unlikely because meme coins are usually created in a decentralized space, unlike to a legit project which are mostly centralized and its team are fully doxxed for the investors to gain a trust.

I think still it is better to hold the shib because bitcoin is now slowly rising if the bitcoin price rise above 60k$ shib will maybe rise just like what happen in the past few years meme coin still has a profit specially the shib because it is very well known to investors and many investors get a profit on it from the past.
Why you need to hold a meme coin for the long term? Where a lot of new potential project entering on the market or you can invest in BTC,  it’s undoubtedly profitable in the long run & it’s safe investment. ShiB's looks like failed because their product can't any impact on the market. Currently PEPE is the new hype project listed on the Binance exchange.

maybe it's better investing in newer meme coins like $lady, but considering the fact that shiba inu still stands strong today might indicate that in the upcoming bullrun it might got some massive increase.
after all, it's standing in the same position like dogecoin in which with just little shill could increase 20%.

I am also a shib enthusiast so as a Sshib enthusiast, I would advise others to hold on to their tokens.Shib is really better coin than any other coin, day by day this coin is increasing in usefulness, so it has reached far. So everyone thinks it will give good profit in future, so I think everyone should hold shib coin now.Shib coin is less risky than altcoin and has been in the market for many years.  As we see with other altcoins it stays in the market for a while and then slowly dies. If investors believe the news will help Shiba prices rise, then hold on.

shib has been drained of its potential that I doubt it could ever rise again like it was in the past.
now is the age of new meme coin and always like that, shib is unlike doge rely more in utility since elon will hardly shill for this coin. therefore the reason they try to make their own blockchain.

Shibarium failed thing to bring the hype to the shiba inu. it's likely that if shiba inu will always stay in the same place. it will not go to the somewhere. The fact that if these days people are putting it as their main concern.
Shiba inu has been reaching very high market cap which is actually a non sense thing to happen with it.

i'd say if the circumstance is fitting and there's emergence of meme coins that might take shib throne i'd say it's always good to sell shib and convert it over to the other meme coin with higher potential.
you could make massive profit from pepe and milady had you sold shib at the right time and I think that is a valid reason.

The strength of memecoins like Shiba Inu won't be felt until the bull market starts properly, the Ethereum whales buying Shiba Inu aren't stupid, they understand the power of community that's why they're buying.
I am not too confident about the resurrection during the next bull run but it was surprising when some of the gambling sites started accepting them. Even though i never purchased them, i do hold some to gamble simply because of the casino weekly giveaway according to the amount you wager, if not i will not be holding them, but i understand that it has some large backing if not they will not be added in multiple gambling sites just because it is a meme coin.

At the end you'll be glad you did because provided doge coin is receiving attention from investors, chances are Shiba Inu will start receiving attention too because both coins are related and pumps together.
The reason Doge got its attention is because of Elon Musk and since the developers of Shiba is still anonymous, i wont be surprised if the creator is a CEX owner who has the ability to pump them.

Even though it has become a popular meme coin it does not guarantee that it can follow the historical trajectory of its predecessors like doge.  Just hold a year or two for peak bull season to come.  if your finances are safe.  no one knows what will happen in the future, at least we have tried, hopefully we can follow doge record whose price has risen to touch the new ATH

my advice is when the price of Shiba has reached the ATH price, then that is your chance to sell it, because investing in meme coins for the long term is not worth it and of course the risk is very big, therefore I suggest you if you have made a profit, then sell it immediately and swap to altcoin that have a good products or projects (safer and more profitable).
and this can be done during the bullish season in the future, if you follow the developments in bitcoin then there can be a pump again so that it may penetrate a new ATH. and that's when we really have to be able to control our greed, because we have to realize that this is a meme coin, and whenever a crash can happen. but indeed the hope of the shib is that even though it has crashed, it has survived to this day and is still in position # 14 on coinmarketcap

According to a recent Twitter post by @Finbold, a financial news and information platform, Shib has emerged as the most popular token held by Ethereum whales. Upon encountering this news via CoinMarketCap's news feed this morning, I had originally intended to sell my Shib. However, the announcement has led me to believe that Shib could perform exceptionally well this year. As a Shib enthusiast, I would encourage others to hold onto their tokens as we may witness prosperous times ahead, and our patience may result in significant reward.

The strength of memecoins like Shiba Inu won't be felt until the bull market starts properly, the Ethereum whales buying Shiba Inu aren't stupid, they understand the power of community that's why they're buying.

This whales where also buying just before the pump in last bull market and they are expecting same pump in the next bull market. If you know you holding unto you Shiba Inu won't affect you financially then keep holding.

At the end you'll be glad you did because provided doge coin is receiving attention from investors, chances are Shiba Inu will start receiving attention too because both coins are related and pumps together.

still holding with this movement?

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/shiba-inu/

till when are you planning to hold? or at least what is your target price before selling?

I'm afraid that you are going to see some good effect in your funds any time soon because shib seems to be stagnant in its level below rank 10 till now?

shib is getting irrelevant, their products of nft market, etc was a massive failure, bag holding it will just wasting your time, i'd say just sell it, even if you still favour meme coin, just switch over to doge coin, at least it got elon support, but with shib, meme coin trend is fading same with shib trend, eventually i think everyone will just dump this coin.

Coins like doge, shib, floki won't experience another rise like they see a couple years ago.  They were fads and everyone is still holding a bag of them hoping for the rise.  If everyone is already holding a bag the sell pressure as it rises will be too big to over come.  I think over time these coins will fade into obscurity like most coins eventually succumb to.  I wouldn't hold long.
A lot of these meme coins will probably cease to exist but you never know what will happen with crypto. I bought SHIB at around 30 satoshis and will probably hold it a little bit. I don’t expect a lot but it is play money and with some luck it can still go x5 or x10.
To be fair thats what I guessed about Doge up until like 2 years ago, before Elon revived it, it was a good project back in the day where we supported and donated to jamaican bobsleight team, or nascar, or anything like that, it was fun and entertaining and it was great to see. But at the end of the day it got finished, it was not as entertaining anymore and the price crashed hard, and nobody really cared about it.

But then Elon appeared and talked about it ,even as far as doing skits about it on SNL, and in the end we somehow got doge price higher, when in fact it would have been dead without him. So I can't guarantee anything about the future, but I do expect them to cease exist too.

A lot of them will die and only a few will exist. They exist not because of their technology or what but it's because they are backed by rich or popular individuals. This is why some people are only being influenced by them to buy the coin because they are hoping that the people behind it will hype the coin after some time and they can also benefit when this happens.

Crypto is going to be just fine, do not mind them but if there are some coins that you should worry with that will be those coins who have no solid support whatsoever and maybe you should worry for the people who invest on them blindly because they can surely lose easily.

To be honest, I was expecting a big impact from Shibarum's launch on Shiba's price since yesterday, but it appears that the whales aren't doing much about this great achievement in Shiba Blockchain protocols. However, I am still expecting something positive to happen in the market soon.
