Besides, I will choose to invest in PoW algorithm coins. because I think PoS needs more money to staking and that makes me feel insecure. Although PoW is not as fast and convenient as PoS, it is still hot and makes a lot of money.

Not all IEOs can be successful because if the developer registers his project in a small market, investors will not be interested. I think now is not a good time to invest in any project. because the market is very volatile and projects will be worried about holding lots of coins, and the rate of projects failing will also be very high due to the high volatility of holding money.

Even in this current condition legit projects still exist but the amount of good projects is like 1:1000 compared to projects on 2017.
We have to do long research before investing or promoting a project because the crypto investors is so few right now that caused a project token will not so valuable when it enter market.

I don't agree with you that ICO and IEO are the same. This year, we found some great projects through the IEO. To make profits, if you invest in high ranked exchange's IEO, you would make that! So, don't mix ICO with the potential IEO. You just have to gather a good knowledge to know a legit IEO project. So, I will invest in IEO and of course, I have plenty of options in crypto like BTC, ETH, BNB, TRX, ADA, BCH and so on to invest!
Actually investing in ICO,IEO still good but always make sure the project you want to invest were legit, wherein don't easily fall in some sort of words or promises because most of it are false wherein just to convince participants easily. So start from now we should be aware on this kind of tactics to prevent regrets.. Yes nowadays investment into altcoin is really unpredictable and it requires luck as well along with a proper analysis a day some of the ICOs promise to list in bigger exchanges and end up in exchanges like Mercatox and other shitty exchanges which just kills the token along with investor's money.

Although ICO / IEO projects often fail, investors' interest is still high to invest in ICO / IEO projects, because they still believe there are projects that are really can make them profit like in last 2017 project. Long term holdings is the best methods to grow your coins in the long run. Though it's not easy to find out which of those ICO was legit, there's always a many chances to gain a good market value once those serious matters will be out of the lime light. What's important now is we're aware of what's happening of the market.

To be perfectly honest, I have seen only a handful of ICOs that even look legit these days. It seems that all the most incompetent scammers are dominating the ICO scam sector, unable to even make a proper scam. But, a few projects did seem decent and real at first glance, so I would invest in those, if not for a really bad economy in my country which barely leaves me with enough money to survive the month.

Ofcourse i will, crypto industry is still promising for a long term, many altcoins projects are growing which means the future of crypto is still long ahead and i'm sure crypto will dominate the world and become mainstream in the future.
Just for example, in 2014 crypto is really in bad state and no one look for it and ETH coming for an ICO with really cheap price. Who wonder the price of ETH is skyrocketed in 2017 and even right now, the ICO buyer of ETH is still get hundre thousand percent profits
