do you have any kind of country restriction, because it is Debit card can i join from anywhere?

I have couple of questions before doing anything : Your debit card is it Visa card or MasterCard ? Are we going to get spammed once we use our email addresses on that website ? or we will only receive the debit card ? and how much user will receive the debit card , I'm pretty sure it's anything "unlimited" .
