You cannot call a site scam, when you didnt even play with it. JustDice maker like you should know that.

So called "customer support" was incompetent and seemed only really to be interested in spamming me about how if I spammed my referral link around I could make a few cents.

I didn't call the site a scam. Don't put words into my mouth. I just relayed the bad experience I had with it. I have no vested interest.

Your point that you can't call a scam a scam unless you've personally fallen victim to it is weird. What difference does it make whether I was smart enough not to get scammed? That doesn't change anything about whether it's a scam or not.

i just hated batmanbad bcoz he just came up in the second last day with a huge 10 btc wager.. my refs are not highrollers and so is marco's. me and he conducted giveaways but i don't think any highroller will be participating in small giveaways.

1) We are not a scam site.

2) We did not cheat anyone out of anything. We simply have been waiting for the user to acknowledge they broke the rules.
So you think it's okay to not follow the rules, especially when this is the 2nd time after prior warnings?

3) Win88 has been online since before JD stopped accepting bets. We have purposely been growing slow before a big marketing push to ensure integrity across the board.

Also, does the balance accumulate solely from ref earnings (with accusations of multiple accounts) or partly through deposits and gambling profits?

At every other BTC gambling site I've played at if you violate the rules and it doesn't affect how you earned your BTC, you are cashed out and your account is closed.
