How much is it? If it is over 0.02 try depositing 0.0005 in to your account and then withdraw it. It's the current policy. But they're probably going to change it at some point according to the admin on the site.
Why dont I see any mention of this policy in the OP ? Why would people pay to recover their ad money ? This is deceptive.
p.s. I know 0.0005BTC is low, but if u have such rule, that needs to be explicitly mentioned in OP.

This has been resolved. We never saw a message from @monbux and through recent communication, we are on collective good terms and all is good.
