What will you do if someone takes your upfront payment and just makes a small number of posts?
IMHO, you should make it clear that they will get some sort of punishment in that case (eg. need to send the bitcoin back, will be left negative trust, etc) so to minimize your risk.

This guy has the right idea. The fact that many may take the BTC and run would be daunting if I was running this campaign.
Let me correct the balances. Grabbed values from the wrong column.
We are pro-rating for the month of August so in your case total payment will be 0.0503 (13 days in August).
Payment of 0.12 for September will happen on September 1st. We decided best to pro-rate for August so that everyone is in Sync for September.

You might want to pay trusted members up front, to show that you are actually paying people for the campaign, and pay all the non-trusted members after 30 days. I am pretty sure you will lose quite some money to people who sign up and leave the campaign after they've been paid.
