You guys shouldn't complain. Its good that they manually approve them. Imagine if your account got hacked and you lost your BTC.

It was an hypothetical question: adaseb was arguing the delay in withdrawals helped security (in the case of a hacked account for example), and Bonez0r asked how they would know whether it was a hacker or the original user doing the withdrawal, in that hypothetical case. As far as I know, there is no hacker currently cashing out from Win88.me.
