I think not.

Win88 has their own autobet where you need to deposit first before you can use it.
Made it like that maybe to avoid faucet abuse which happened when the site was in their soft launch.

That is actually a nice question. But here's my answer why they should not make a feature like this.
1st, I think it will be abused by some of the players (milking and tipping it to themselves.
2nd, too much begging in the site is annoying.
3rd, people will come just to beg and not to enjoy the games.

So, for me, that will be a bad idea.
