Its not even been a day and you are already panicking. Try messaging windice and see what they say. They have their own gambling thread, so..you could post there too. In the last screenshot, it seems that you got banned from chat coz you broke the rules or were probably spamming chat. Try the suggestions above and more importantly, have some patience.
This is not right board to put accusations. Please move this to Scam Accusations board. I never used their site but it seems like they manually process out withdrawal which is approved by their admin. Maybe their admin had a busy day yesterday... Anyway what I am saying is that you should have given thwm some time.
