I have a question,,, are you the same guys who also launched the DAPP on EOS called Windice? I saw some ads about it, just asking to join Windice on EOS. Apparently they are top 10 most active dapps on the platform now. Did this have anything to do with the DDOS attack that is going on now?

To be honest, I have never coverted directly coins on Windice site, from bitcoin to any other three altcoins (Dogecoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin); and vice versa. Because I tried to estimate the real number of altcoins I can get if I convert my bitcoin to Dogecoin, and compare to number of Dogecoin I can get if I use the same amount of Bitcoin to buy Dogecoin direcetly on exchanges. Then I gave up. However, I don't know that Windice gives us options to speed up transaction speed by optional withdrawal fees or not (I have never noticed about that, just use default option).

I believe you have issue on transaction issue or direct options like on bittrex exchange. Here you need to check the withdrawal fee at the site at the withdrawal page.
As i know transaction fees at windice is pretty average and the transactions can be done very fast.
If you face any problems on transaction, you may share tx id here to check and help you...

I think the more segwit and lightning network gets famous the less of these problems we will have. I think even the exchanges are racing towards having less fee's because when one of them drops then the other has to do the same to stay competitive, I remember times when exchanges charged as much as 0.1 in early days so right now it is getting less in bitcoin value at least but the price rises so fast that the drop of bitcoin fee's do not look that small, eventually bitcoin will not be able to go higher than fee's go lower and we are going to have a balanced way of spending less while still profiting from the increases in the prices. Until that time this is just going to be a painful period we will look back and cringe but we have to go through this phase to reach the good one.

Actually I have no problem with the withdrawal rates, especially with the Altcoins, I think they are well adjusted, what happens is that it can cause alarms when talking or touching the subject, but I think that the bitcoin fare is fair, I think the minimum withdrawals are those that are mostly in certain discussions, I really like the approach taken by Windice and its mission and vision are competitive in the market, it seems to me that so far they are going spectacularly.
