Have you tried to add 3 molex in your board because I think this is the reason why your miner hangs when you run all 9 cards.
try to put the 3 molex and change your page files to 64gb it should be work right now after you do this if not try to use the blockchain driver.

Thats usually from a bad card in your rig.
That happend to me.  Turns out one bad card was hanging the system.  Once I removed that card from the Rig everything started moving fast again.

I had a real world case scenario with this motherboard. This motherboard was starting to behave exactly like yours when we plugged in more than 9 cards, up to 9 it was working well. We had only G4560 as a processor and not an i7.

We had a total of 11 cards , Rx 580 Sapphire nitro plus 8 Gb, and I remember that I changed to a specific driver, namely 17.11.1 from AMD , switched everything to Compute and finally the board was running with 11 cards mining flawlessly.

You should probably give it a try to this specific driver. By the way , the board is still mining with this driver since about 6 months ago.

i would remove that i7 7700 if you are mining ethash coins, it makes no sense using it. I set up a mining rig with 13 cards with this motherboard last December for a friend with a celeron g3900 and mining eth full load uses only 7% of the cpu, there has never been any lag at all, well thanks for the ssd as virtual memory hehe

When I plug multiple gpus windows 10 lag and become slow when I try with only one it works fine

I installed latest drivers and switched from graphics to compute didn't fix it

Anyone help ?
You need to install the latest drivers, increase the swap file to 40-50 GB, reduce memory overclocking and increase the voltage on the graphics card core if it is less than 850 mV.

Win 1803 is causing this?

win 1803 broke headless rdp and vnc support, if you want them you need an hdmi dummy or a real monitor for that matter for now.

I've posted a solution in a similar thread, hope that helps
set your primary GPU to CPU Graphics, disable iGPU Multi-Monitor in UEFI and connect a display to MB's HDMI connector. your rig freezes because Windows tries to use one of your AMD GPUs for multi-monitor output, if you disable that option in UEFI all the lags will be gone.

To support more than 8 cards for mining, you need to instal AMD Radeon Softwar Crimson ReLive Edition 17.10.2 driver[/u]

manufacturer's recommendations for connecting cards

some users write that under Windows there are problems in working with a large number of cards (I do not think that this is true).
perhaps you have not configured the BIOS of the motherboard, or the BIOS of the old version

if that before/after updated Window?
typically, a problem occurs after the update, try going back to the old version before it is updated.

have you tried to another PSUs?
It can be possible either of the two damaged PSUs such as cables or etc.

Some visual lags is normal because mining uses 100% of primary gpu. Try increase pagefile. Do you use any pci-e extension boards?
