1. Windows 7
2. Windows XP
3. Windows 2003 Server

Windows 7 ? have you gone mad ? I love windows 7 . It is perhaps the best windows version. The only thing I dislike about it is the boot time and the recovery from any software damage. Like if it gets corrupted once it cant find the exact bug.

History is repeating itself for Microsoft as well. Windows XP was great, which was followed by Vista which is horrible.
Then Windows 7 was released which was also a very good OS. I just recently got a new laptop with licensed Windows 8.1 . It is just horrible, and the sole reason for which I'm not going to downgrade is because the release of Windows 10 is so close. Luckily some companies listen to their customers and have made software that brings back the start menu from Windows 7.

I do not think that Windows 10 is going to be good either. This is the reason for which MS is going to let people upgrade for free; they wouldn't do it otherwise.

Windows xp was good until the windows 7 came up, no more worring for drivers(default) and i think windwos 8 / 8.1 / 10 are all same, based on cloud

Strangely, my reaction to reading this thread is a slight twinge of nostalgia for DOS and the pre-Windows 3.11 era that I was barely old enough to experience.

Bad command or file name

But to answer the question, Windows Me was abysmal, as was its predecessor.

ME and the mobile platform stuff. ME had a great 'feature' during setup. If you did not have the video driver slip streamed on the disc the Next button would not be visible to click. The resolution would default to 640x480 and the Next button was off screen.

Usually Windows OS's every other one is bad and and every other one is good. Like Windows ME = bad, Windows XP = good, vista bad and 7 good.

But personally the worst Windows OS's have been Windows ME and Vista.
