That is a very interesting creation.
I first saw it on Product Hunt a couple of days ago.
I have to say that the creator put a lot of work into it. There are a lot of things that I did not expect to see!

I've just seen Windows 9x, XP, 7, 8 etc and also had a good laugh. 
The background scree hurt my eyes
I noticed:
A) Doctor Marburg can get rid of the Hydra and dereg32.exe malware but it can not undo the mess the dolphin virus is doing.
B) The background music of the defrag snake game sounds like my old Nokia mobile phone ring tune
C) I couldn't win at the Robby game
maybe I pressed the wrong keys at the wrong time.

Dont talk about a crappy computer. My android phone with a very low ram can run it smoothy. It's great to see the 'OS' work on a phone browser too!
