If random.org picks a number that's not a qualified entry then I will run it again. Each winner can only win 1 card. Other fees still apply.

Cards can still be sent to these countries as long as the main holder is not be a resident of the excluded country.

Cards will work in all countries where MasterCard™ is accepted.
