The shilling thread by the newbie user is the outcome of their promo. Another thread has been created by a newbie user for the same purpose: "Dice on wintomato". I have reported the thread yesterday which you have mentioned in your post. Unfortunately, the moderators haven't taken any action yet.That's kind of a bummer.
