This is our first art competition here at bitcointalk and we want to encourage as many creative people as possible. The limitation to a simple drawing tool such as Paint will give more people a chance to participate and will equalize the chances for all the participants.

There is no existing mascot that we are using on Winz.io at the moment, so the one for the competition should be created from scratch. You can get inspiration by browsing the casino's website and by focusing on our main features:
