I get your point but this is not the case with many people here. Those who are bullish on the future price of bitcoin dont really take into account the expenditure behind their investments. This is risky though and not advisable. What you said - "unnecessary money" -- this is a oxymoron. Because money is never unnecessary unless you are living in a lap of luxury where you a lot of ancestral inheritance to waste on. So finding out some cash good enough to buy bitcoin with is often frustrating for a common man. Still my point is that we should keep aside some cash to buy coins everytime the market dips upto a limit that is sustainable.
In every investment always be a risk taker, as long investment concern, hence always invest on what you can affordable, Secondly the prize of bitcoin can not be predictable. But base on the current prize at $10,000 per BTC, is very good to invest in a future time.

This is really a strong move selling assets to buy bitcoin though future is not clear. As we see the market with volatile movement we cannot tell what price of btc will heading. We should think many times before doing such move just to invest in bitcoin.
Yeah, it's much possible BTC could increase to 20k or even more than that some people are saying it will hit 50k till 2022. No one exactly knows where it will go. If there are only 10% chances of coming down, but not having a backup plan is not a good thing for an investor to survive.

You remember that many people bought at that peak price, and all they are waiting for right now to correct that mistake is to see bitcoin grow to $20k, the moment that bitcoin grows to $20k, I have this feelings that majority of them will want to quickly recover their trapped funds, and by the time we have massive dumping, it would also create panic for the rest and could make the bitcoin return back to bear market prematurely.
