I don't think that it would ever reach that low again it is already reaching $6k right now.
So I think $1,800 is not going to happen .
We have seen it fall down and it didn't even go down that deep before the people wouldn't let it happen, or even if it does I think it would only be for a short period of time.

this is a very funny, these guys who proclaim themselves to be experts are constantly embarrassing the crypto world with their predictions that always fail. Whenever the price falls a lot we have many experts making forecasts very peximistas and whenever the price increases a lot we have many experts making very exaggerated forecasts. we are already accustomed to this type of behavior

I think it might breach the $6K barrier before the end of this week which would be a huge step forward.

At the rate it which BTC continues to grow slowly and steadily in an organic manner, $10K is completely possible by the end of this year.

$1800 bitcoin was only a speculative price and bitcoin as we all know have steadily increase in price there by making they prediction false for now, I believe when most speculators are waiting for bitcoin downward movement the market will continue on the uptrend mode. Now the present bitcoin price is a little above $5700 and that is a strong indications that we will break the $6000 bench mark very soon.
Every prediction is speculation imho, no one can predict bitcoin price correctly. If there was correct prediction, I can say that it was just a coincidence.
We can make our own prediction on how the price will move based on what we believe based on some current movement on the market and/or news.
Anyway this topic belongs to speculation board just like other bitcoin price prediction as reported.

Many things are just happening in the crypto space. When Bitcoin hits $3000 - $3200, there are lot of speculation that Bitcoin will found bottom at $1800. Most influential in the crypto space even gone far as bottom is ONLY at $1000. Bitcoin price void their prophecies and jump back to $4200 and thereafter $5000 - $5200 range. Now that is soaring towards North and getting closer to $6000. Don't you think these set of people will join us in the race when we break the resistance at $6400 and it will become glaring to them that BULLS has taken over?
They would probably be too late to realize that there is no coming back. Now that is has come to 5k-6k usd range, a huge blow should do the job in order for the price to fall down and as of now there no certain news about that happening, all I am seeing is goo vibes around crypto and it is continuously happening as if it was a systematize plan.

random nonsense is not considered "speculation". when price hit $3100 a lot of idiots were repeating a lot of random nonsense about how price is going to hit $1000 and stupidly low prices in that range. that doesn't mean they were speculating or they were a possibility. this is the same thing as when the same newbies were saying price is going to $100k when it was closing in on $20k in 2017.
as for them "joining" it depends on how much they believed in their own nonsense. most of them were only spreading FUD to buy at a cheaper price (like buying at $3500) so they are already in and are laughing at those who fell for their "speculations"!

I am sure they will do the same as before, and they will spread fake news to people because they have a reason to do that thing.
They want to take the benefits from their news and the panicking people so they can use their time to take a profit for themselves.
We already saw so many speculations related to bitcoin price, and many people panic to see the price is up and down because they are not ready to do something.
That is why we need to analyze to prevent those things so we could not become panic with the situations that will always change.

By the way 1800$ long time stable price doesn't seem to be realistic. This point is much below mining costs. In this case mining farms would be turned off and BTC network will either surge to super small size (maybe we may get back to gpu mining?) or just simply die. There is no way for 1800$ price to be fixed for a long amount of time, something would collapse anyway.
