Hackers are and will be. Where the big money is involved and the computer is there and there are people who will be known to them by all means in order to get this money. First of all, we need to start with ourselves. Read a simple guide to safe Internet. And try to stick to it.
Although here in my opinion this team has stolen this money. And if they give money to investors then it's really really hackers))))

The only way to protect yourself from malicious people in the system is to avoid sites especially pishing-like formations. It is also useful to store your private passwords in non-online environments on your own devices.

Blockchain Technology is an innovative security system... it can not be hacked but However, hackers use other ways like  Phishing Method
do not give you private key to anyone. specially a web site wants a private key, 100% spam (except trusted wallets like MEW )
always Do a background checking!

Yes, hackers are everywhere and even a small mistake you make can let them steal all your crypto assets. And once they are gone, it is too late to think about how you could prevent it. So don't let that happen and enjoy new article from Crypto Community Foundation.

We better used a bitcoin wallet has private keys so that no one can access our bitcoin wallet or you can used also a hardware wallet like "Ledger" that's one of the safest wallet i know. About ICO, many ICO has complete datails and white paper but in the end its become a scammer.

That was really the reason why entering into the world of technology is totally that risky especially for the new comers that was just encouraged and took that move to have that tough decision to enter cryptocurrency just for the sake of obtaining money even without physical works in which some people namely hackers are taking advantage to have their opportunity of making their assets to grow more while getting others money in doing such actions. That is why the credibility and reliability of the cryptocurrency users are always into risk and maybe the reason why many people are still not into using crypto because of this kind of people that fools people and uses technology just for their own sake.

Cryptocurrencies are very safe but the problem is that people expect to store millions of dollars on their computers when they are using a pirated operative system, if you do that then you are asking for trouble, if you really do not know how to secure your computer then the only option I see is that you buy a hardware wallet, for some a hardware wallet may seem costly but it is way cheaper than to lose your coins to hackers.

The safetiness of your coins will be depending on where you are placing it, let say you are placing it on the market or in the wallet then you can really on its level of security.

Its one of the biggest regrets for anyone who has been victim of hacker by being so complacent to our wallet, we should have to make a precautionary measure to secure our token inside the wallet, even the people who helped us with, because hacker now a days is always updated and do everything to steal something that is profitable for them.

Well, the fact is bitcoin and other altcoins will never be safe in hackers. Everywhere and everyday there are hackers and they are waiting to a time to steal bitcoin in some users. So for me, the safe way to avoid hackers and scammers to be aware and knowledgeable enough for their actions. Always check your wallet and do not trust some website because it can be a prone to hack your account. Be careful also to the airdrops that suddenly pop up on your chrome. Be sure that your private key and other security password is in the safe folder or save it in the other file. You know how to be safe with hackers.
