Clamcoin is a great option because it lets a lot of the 2014 crowd have a free go on your site.

All Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin addresses that were in use on May 12, 2014 got free CLAMS.  (my signature)

I thought also about Clam but not much interest here in this poll. is it difficult to implement?

thx for posting

Honestly, Just-Dice has a bit of a stranglehold on the CLAM industry... keep in mind that JD totally rocked SatoshiDice out of the #1 Bitcoin casino back in the day as well.

It is shocking however how many of the most random folks use CLAM.

Implementing shouldn't be difficult if you choose to do so.  Syncing the wallet can be a bit of a bitch, but if you use Dooglus's bootstrap... it shouldn't be that bad.

Lots of luck <3

thx for explanation and giving some insight. maybe I should ask dooglus

Where is my ring of blades...
at some point I was betting a lot with Dogecoin because of a couple of reasons. mainly because it is super cheap, fast and useless. so you can just throw a lot of it away without it costing you much! and since you sometimes can bet smaller units of it (like 0.0001) it makes it easier to bet with a lower cost.
also there were a lot of faucets to easily claim some Doge quickly and get it in your gambling site address to play with them. I don't know if it is true still, since I no longer do it due to being busy.

in my opinion even though the fees of bitcoin still pretty high but it doesn't change anything because most people more likely will still gamble use bitcoin but if you were looking for instead of bitcoin to avoid high fees transactions then ETH, Doge and LTC would be good to be considered

Buy The F*cking Dip
Though the this is not included in option that you provided in your thread, I would like to see Waves to be included as mode of payment in these casinos throughout the internet. I definitely think that they deserve the love to be included in various online casinos as their team is always pushing forward for the technology of this coin within Russia and around the globe. Their blockchain is also faster than BTC with very low fees.  Wink

I still prefer to use bitcoin though the transaction fees are really high this time, the fact that its value drops so bad these days makes it appeal to be very interesting for me as I believe when the value recover I could get more income from my earnings in casino. Ethereum and litecoin as well looks good for me, but their value is quite expensive now and I am not confident holding them will makes profit unlike with bitcoin.

it looks that LTC and Doge would be preferred.

I think eth is the way go when it comes to betting with at the casino since it doesn't cost too much to spend on the sends using gas and the value isn't that low about a tenth of bitcoins current worth.
So that would be a reasonable way to still gamble with using an alternate coin.

If I'm not wrong most small gamblers like to play with cheap coins instead of choosing with higher value coin. Also, ETH sometime got high GAS issues due to a lot of new ICO projects so I prefer LTC than ETH for gambling purpose. It's price also not that high and not hat low as well and faster transaction confirmation. But sometimes people try to use the coins which they have more coins.

In my opinion I think coins pegged to the USD dollar or EURO or YEN should be used in casinos.

Problem with Bitcoin is... its very volatile to fiat currency. Was $20K and now $10K

Problem with small cap alts... they are very volatile to bitcoin. Look at Ripple/Dentacoin/etc

There is a bad rap for tether but there are other coins like that Stablecoin token released on the ERC20 network. I think more and more casinos should eventually adopt this technology. And I think many gamblers would use it.

I tried to read a bit about Stablecoin  but to be frank it looks a bit complex at least for me. thx for mentioning

Yes I find it complex also.

Apparently the way it works is its actually pegged somehow to ETH and it uses ETH value to 1 USD dollar.

However it was shown to not be that accurate during periods of sudden volatility.

Because I think when the markets were crashing, at one point it ended up losing 15-20% of its value (0.80 USD value) during those times.

Hence they still need to work on a few things.
Which stablecoin are you talking about? there are currently 4 of them(that i know of) and more are coming lol, stablecoin/dollar-pegged coins are definitely going to improve their pegging mechanism. it would be interesting to see how they'll perform when the market goes wild.

I like to used ltc and eth, both of them got a good confirmation speed and in other han,  both of the coins can be used as investment, so I can used it for gambling and hold it for investment, so its double advantage for me, previously I used doge to play but since the price keep on dropping I don't used it anymore, when I won with doge I don't feel winning anything because the asset I got is dropping although my doge increased

Actually you may feel the same with all coins if the price is dropping down when you won. This is a well known risk in crypto, indeed eth and ltc may have better fluctuation but dogecoin may give you nice profit as well. To reduce the feeling of "not winning while in fact you won" because the price goes down then simply hold it till the price rise. The same occurs to all coins. Dogecoin is very good to gamble because it has very low fees compared to other coins, this is why many casinos accepts doge. If you also use it as a way to invest then you should be smart in choosing the right time to choose which coin to buy when you are going to gamble.

as BTC Price is quiet high and especially the fee I would like to ask

With which coin a player would like to gamble in a casino?

please let me know (serious) if you want me to add another coin

With the current network situation, i would suggest Ethereum, Litecoin and Dogecoin. Transaction fees are very high in bitcoin, so i don't think you will attract enough "regular" users who are willing to  gamble just for fun. Dogecoin seems to a very good addition in this case. It is very cheap and fun to play with. Never heard of RBIES though.

Rbies is pretty well known in the past but not today, after moneypot have things to be sort of, their implementation about rbies is not be done anymore. Many of them withdraw their money from moneypot because of a little bit things around. And to make sure they need to back up this coin again, I do not think they really want to do that, even it is their main coin last time
