But what to do if you are not in a SEPA?
Europe , but not in Union.
Wire transfer is very expensive and also banks don't trust foreign bitcoin exchanges.
Also monetary laws are not yet comfortable with bitcoin transactions.
Only possible solution then are money processors like SKRILL..
Skrill is allowed.

Depends where are you based and do you prefer US dollars, euros or pounds...

Agree with you, btc-mike, It depends on your country where you live, how much taxes and charges etc..
but perfectmoney has the low fee for trading on bitcoin. you can give it a try if available in your country.
In my country I withdraw the money through bank transfer. The exchange charges 1% of withdrawal amount. It comes to my account in two hours.

i simply use sepa into my bank account, is fast enough, and the fee is zero basically(0.09) with kraken, dunno with other exchange

any other way is too expensive
