I ran into this too!
Note the lack of TXID.. I successfully withdrew NXT just the other day, but this one didn't go through.. It's worth noting that nxtreporting.com was out of sync yesterday as well; maybe cryptsy ran into the same thing (hasn't updated client to latest version or something).. Logged a ticket.

FYI--maybe I'm the only fool who didn't know this, but under no circumstances should you use Cryptsy if withdrawing NXT. The withdrawal will not post to your wallet. They have had this problem for over a month, and yet have not suspended the NXT market to fix it. The following is my transaction that has not yet posted to my wallet. Checked the blockchain and this transaction does not show up:

I looked through some old support tickets, and some people have been waiting over a month for their withdrawal. That's just so unacceptable. I'm really furious about it. I did send in a support ticket, but I haven't heard from them yet.
