Malware doesn't magically appear on a computer by itself. The users make one or a series of mistakes to get their systems infected. Judging by the number of threats that Malwarebytes found (without knowing what kind of threats those are), you have made mistakes in the past.

You need to reconsider how you use your computer if you are going to have crypto hot wallets on it. It starts with having a genuine OS, not a cracked one. The same is true for other software you install on the computer. Don't watch porn and download torrents on it. Don't download software from unknow sources. Don't click on links in emails, don't download and or/open email attachments. That hot girl is not 1 mile from your location and doesn't want to have sex and your rich uncle didn't leave you a small fortune in Africa.

Try to think about each of these points and how they apply to your use of the infected computer and try to change your habits for your own safety.

Unfortunately electrum cant be used on iphone so i cant do what you're suggesting.
That’s correct. Unfortunately, Electrum does not work on iOS.
However, you can use BlueWallet. It works on iOS and it supports Electrum seeds.
Make sure to download it from the official website: https://bluewallet.io/

Think what you said earlier about a malware that changed the display address is the most likely thing that happened since my litecoin that i sent to coinbase,
also didnt go through and the address is now different.
It’s just a possibilty among many others and it’s not necessarily what actually happened.

Just like in the guide, i had this pop up after doing the guide

Sucks that it happened but it is what it is. Will be more aware from now on.

That link is supposed to be safe and it links to Electum’s official website.

That guide explains in details how to verify Electrum. Did you do that?

In any case, what I would do to be completely sure if the address in question belongs to your wallet or not is to install Electrum into another clean and secure device and import your wallet from seed (12 words) into it then you can make a new request to see if you will get the same address or not.

I saw a a passing comment about a malware that does this, as in you gotta request a couple times before you get ur own address. So in total i got the fake address where i sent my btc for about 10-15 times before i got a real address.

I ran malwarebytes yesterday(before i realised my situation), sometime later still got the same fake address on request tab but on additional tries, i got different address, which was False as well.

Afterwards i started getting True addressess. Same scenario with my litecoin. Not sure if the malware became inactive or malwarebytes fixed the problem but better be safe and do what you suggested.

Well, we are not sure if your PC is infected or not but there's another way to know maybe you requested so many addresses from the receive tab beyond the 500 gap limit.
Since you already tried to increase the gap limit to 500, another ways to know if this wallet address belongs to you is by using the xPub Scanner just copy your zpub from your Electrum wallet details and paste it to xPub Scanner and the result will show you all used addresses.

If this tool found this address: bc1qpmx9gwfuvqjz4xauelzw92gk9jhefwv33xvwk9
Then you own that address and take note of derivation path because you can use that path where you can find this address.

Couldnt get the xPub scanner to work, either im really that clueless, or somethings missing from my pc to open it

i withdrew bitcoin from kraken to an electrum wallet, after a week of waiting i contacted kraken support and got the following message "Your withdrawal for BTC has successfully been sent out from our end"

https://mempool.space/address/bc1qpmx9gwfuvqjz4xauelzw92gk9jhefwv33xvwk9 my transfer.

Address is correct, have verified the electrum installer, im connected properly(green button is showing)
I really don't understand your issue, because you confirmed that the address is correct, and the Bitcoin block explorer shows that the address received bitcoin from this transaction, which was confirmed (1,130 confirmations as of writing).

If it is your Bitcoin address in your Electrum wallet, you must see it in the wallet balance.

You may have downloaded a fake version of electrum. Where did you download electrum from?
OP needs to read this but I hope that he did not download a fake Electrum, and did not lose his bitcoins.

Okay, now after about 15-20+ times receiving the same address(bc1qpmx9gwfuvqjz4xauelzw92gk9jhefwv33xvwk9) from a request, i now receive different addresses for each new request and they show True on console.
Every time you request for an address, you should get a new address.

It may worth mentioning that electrum displays a warning saying "The next address will not be recovered automatically if you restore your wallet from seed" in the case you generate an address beyond the gap limit.

Okay, now after about 15-20+ times receiving the same address(bc1qpmx9gwfuvqjz4xauelzw92gk9jhefwv33xvwk9) from a request, i now receive different addresses for each new request and they show True on console.
How does that happen? Did you successfully identify and remove the malware on your device? I find it hard to believe if the malware suddenly stops acting to trick you. If I were you I'd wipe that device, reinstall the OS, scan the disk for possible malware, and so on before using it to manage my crypto again. It's probably a good idea to use another clean device for a while before you can confirm that the device is clean. CMIIW.

"there is a malware on your device that changes the displayed address" Guessing this was the problem

not the conclusion i was hoping for, but nonetheless im grateful for all the help. Thank you.

When you create a new request, Electrum is supposed to show you a new unused address from those on the addresses tab.
Since you can’t see this address on the addresses tab and the ismine command is returning false then you must either have done something wrong or you have installed a fake version of Electrum or there is a malware on your device that changes the displayed address.

The first possibility is the most likely to be true since the funds are still on that address and because you are having the same problem with your LTC withdrawal.

Even now, i get the same exact address(bc1qpmx9gwfuvqjz4xauelzw92gk9jhefwv33xvwk9) when i create a request on "receive" tab.

Checked if there was a another wallet, but only got this one.

I should mention, yesterday i withdrew litecoin from kraken to a coinbase wallet,
and after 24 hours still nothing on my coinbase wallet.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTbPpX1XwYQ did this videos steps exactly.

did both suggestions, increased limit to 500 to be sure, and used the ismine ("bc1qpmx9gwfuvqjz4xauelzw92gk9jhefwv33xvwk9").

result came in as false

That's pretty bad. Are you sure that this address is where you sent BTC? If you can't find it under your addresses tab, I don't think you own this address.
Because if you generated it from the receive tab, it only generated an unused address that you can see under the addresses tab next to the used addresses.

I believe you may have copied this address from another site rather than your Electrum address, because if it were in your Electrum address, you should be able to see the transaction under history.

Or maybe the current wallet you open in Electrum is a different wallet you can try to check the menu under File> Recently open and let's hope it was in another wallet.
Or check the wallet folder under "\AppData\Roaming\Electrum\wallets" There might be another wallet in that folder just open it with your Electrum.

Cannot be found in addresses. I got the address via the receive tab, made a request and copied the address on the right.

Are you sure that you can't find it on the addresses tab? You might be talking about the receive tab?

Look at this image to enable the addresses tab make sure it is check:

Then the addresses tab will pop on the right side of receive tab.

If you still can not find it under the addresses tab, it is possible that the address you requested from the receive tab beyond the gap limit.

If that's the case, you will need to increase the gap limit.

You can try to increase the gap limit to 50 by using this command below. Just go to console and paste that command, then enter check the addresses tab you should be able to see other 30 addresses added in your addresses tab then look for this address.

Code:
wallet.change_gap_limit(50)

Just to confirm, you were not able to find the address on the "Address" tab?  You can use CTRL+F and a search field will pop up on the bottom of the window.  Use that to search for the address, but that will only search for addresses within the first 25 listed.  It's limited by your gap limit.

Another more thorough way to check if an address is your is by using the console command ismine.  This will search your wallet's deterministic hierarchy to find addresses beyond your gap limit.

Code:
ismine ("bc1qpmx9gwfuvqjz4xauelzw92gk9jhefwv33xvwk9")

Is that your Electrum wallet address?

Would you mind checking it under the addresses tab if this address is yours?

If you can not find it there, you sent the BTC address to a different BTC address that you do not own; however, if it is yours, I recommend changing the current server to a different one.

To change the server, click the green circle and uncheck "Select Server Automatically." Scroll down and find another server, right-click, and select "Use as server."

Update here if it is syncing, and check the transaction history tab and look for this transaction.
