You're claiming to have 24/7 support and yet your operator is offline. And despite choosing English, there are still words that are in Russian. Your chatbox is also in Russian language by default? There doesn't seem to have an option to translate it to English. The UI is generally unattractive. I'm sure you can improve it a lot.

The AML-Free Transactions policy is good, but advertising it may cause you legal problems. Do not talk about this as a feature, but say that you do not require identity verification for deposits higher than 100 Bitcoin.
