Just finished talking with C-CEX. Their wallet is open currently ONLY 302510 WOC are on C-CEX that means that there are still more then 60000 coins NOT on C-CEX. PLEASE DEPOSIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

0.25 BTC in ICO. ICO market is over, i still have 0.25 BTC somewhere on my minner account. I think i will put then in place. Then i have 125,000 WOCX and i still have 5,000 WOC so i'm a big whale 
C-CEX is still in maintenance mode and their wallet on 1.0.1. They should upgrade to 1.0.2 and take it out of maintenance mode otherwise people will not be able to transfer coins there for the swop.

I'm still waiting for Investcoin and Poitin dev to come back to me, asking for escrow and not paying for the service and just ran away. PEN was a easy escrow not a lot of people join, so every quickly done, i think that i had to pay 5 investors on PEN, it had something but as always DEVs are underestimate the time that they have to spend to have a coin working.
PS: WOCX escrow is not run by me, to make it clear, they didn't ask me for escrow, but you are right WOC was pretty active on C-CEX before the swap, so i hope it will be active again after the swap.

I will go for a little ICO deposit myself. DEV didn't disappoint so far, ok, the SHA-256 was a little mess, but in fact that bug didn't had any affect on the number of coins, so it is something like, it could have been a big problem but infact it is no problem at all and they acted very fast from the moment Bittrex notice the problem, so this DEV still knows how to fix problems, so it means that he also knows how to code, and i hope that Bittrex will add WOCX to their exchange.
Of course at this moment nobody is trading WOC on C-CEX as everybody is waiting for the swap. I'm pretty sure that we will see the +5BTC volumes again when WOCX is up and running.
People cannot transfer coins to C-CEX while the wallet there is in maintenance mode.

Maybe they are just upgrading with the latest source. I would suggest you wait. I also believe that DEV should allow people to swap their coins directly with him.
Why do you want that?
An exchange is more independent and transparent. Nobody knows what happens on the PC of a dev. Unless of course you have a problem with things being done transparently.I don't know... but that would help that guy problem
