What could be useful for them is information, on whether you want to continue to promote their casino.

Well I will not promote this casino anymore if they treat customers like this.

Got paid so will close this topic.

Directly after I requested the withdraw I got this message from support.

Your withdrawal will be processed manually shortly.

But still nothing. Consumer friendly isnt in their dictionary I think. First refusing to pay and after making some rumor they finally acting as described in their own ToS.

I got the impression that they overlooked such a case in their TOS. The decision is to pay your $18 and immediately after that make changes to the TOS document.

What could be useful for them is information, on whether you want to continue to promote their casino. Now you know that the next minimum withdrawal will be $50. Is it worth it and how achievable is this commission for you?

I requested a withdraw and it's now waiting for approval. Will let you know when I received it.

That's good to hear. I hope you get your commission. Keep us updated.

Well I read the op and I don't think I make mistake or probably what I understand the op is different from what you wrote. I analyst the Data you presented, if what have you have presented is contrary to the TC then you make enquiry from the support team because they have the full details of your case.

And last. I didn't see @Coin_trader as you question to screenshot, but to the op. Why you did not use your main account for this thread instead of alt-account. I am saying because of you answers to questions. Because what op supposed answered are the ones you answering. I am not here for argument but to tell you how to solve problem.

Hey dude, it seems like you're having some trouble getting your point across clearly.  A bunch of what you said was kinda confusing and didn't make a whole lot of sense.  Maybe try using a grammar checker or something so we can understand you better?

I hope you're not insinuating that the OP is my alt account just because I was discussing another member's question, as that would be kinda dumb. I get that you have some quota to fill for your campaign and all, but maybe going forward you could try to post replies that actually add something meaningful instead of just random nonsense to meet your numbers.  It's pretty clear you just started churning out like 60 posts a week out of nowhere, which I'm sure is great for your paycheck, but have some respect for the rest of us here.  Not everything needs to be bullshit just to fill your signature count.

glad to hear this, also, just like what holydarkness has said, mark the thread solved and lock it once you confirm that you got your withdrawal.

Hello @scammedbysico2,

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Please be informed that we have lowered the limit so that you can withdraw your commissions.

Our terms are currently being edited and we will also update our Affiliate FAQ since moving forward, the minimum withdrawal amount is indeed going to be $50.
glad to see your response and the action you made to resolve the issue. anyway, have you informed your affiliated members? you should inform them because based on OP's post he seems to be clueless about the changes that was happening.

You should notify all your affiliate partner in a form of email or popup message when they open their affiliate account since this kind changes is important to those small time affiliate user that relying on no minimum limit for their withdrawal.

I remember same case like this about not informing user for update of ToS from different casino that later on become an issue since the user can’t withdraw funds due to the new update.

This statement confirms to my recent inquiry that this update on minimum withdrawal is just newly implemented after the OP earns his commission.

Just because someone help answering a question by other user [on this case, decodx answered question addressed to OP from Coin_trader] doesn't necessarily mean they're the same user and it's their alt account.

Nonetheless, OP is in touch with their admin, let's wait and hope it solves his problem.
The admin hasn't taken any steps to solve his problem. OP has mentioned about this in his main post. However, Wolf.bet team should act according to the terms of the affiliate program. But they have changed the system recently without updating the terms. I just asked their live support agent about it, and she said that the terms will be finalized shortly.

now I am curious whether OP got an email from wolf.bet informing him about the changes that will be made to affiliate terms and conditions. If I understand it correctly, according to wolf.bet affiliate ToS, they will be sending emails to affiliated email addresses that were used during the registration if they are going to change something on the affiliate ToS. judging by the OP's post it seems like he was clueless about the changes.

If they sent an email about the changes the receivers could have missed it because some emails did not go directly through the main folder but to spam or the receivers did not receive any, Wolf.bet should have changed the terms before sending the notification, the affiliate will always rely on what's on the terms, the platform cannot fault the user if they did not receive or aware of the email but they will always check the terms for their reference, so since they are late in updating their terms, the old terms still stand and they should pay.
Hopefully, OP will receive his commissions and they should edit their terms, a new case similar to OP may come out because of this old TOS.

I had an account on wolf.bet from long ago when they were running a signature campaign and I was occasionally active in their chat, having earned some coins from rains. Years later these coins would have risen in value, but wolf.bet had completely deleted my account. I tried resetting the password just in case, but the username also didn't exist... At the time I had created the account there was no clause in the TOS that they would be ale to delete accounts, and yet they did. Retroactive changes to the TOS like this shouldn't be accepted by the community. At the very least they should grant affected cases like OP an exception as the rules weren't there before them.

I'm just mentioning it to showcase that this platform has a history of weird changes to its TOS. To me it's not a good look to try and limit those promoting your service so much out of earning a few extra pennies, especially if it's done with suspicious changes to the TOS. I'd understand bringing changes to the TOS and reviewing a large withdrawal for holes in the system with large bets perhaps, but for a $18.55 as in OP's case? Doesn't make sense honestly.

There is no minimum withdrawal threshold as long as the transaction fee is covered.

Can you post a screenshot or mention on what category on the ToS which this statement mention? The ToS is on pdf files which means search function is not available while the full ToS is so long to read just to find this small sentence for your convenience.

By having a quick scan, I just saw in the terms that they have the right to refuse payment anytime for their own reason. This is kinda tricky on your case. Does that minimum withdrawal is available when you start being an affiliate or they just update it later on?

As decodx said, it's there. I gave the pdf a read [it's not that long] before I first replied to this thread, and can confirm that the ToS should be the one applies when this thread is made and the most updated one, it's the one where we got redirected upon clicking the link next to the box we should tick to prove our agreement.

Don't immediately accuse them of refusing to pay, you didn't meet the minimum requirements.
Exactly and that what I also see. Op supposed understand that the amount he mentioned at first and the minimum withdrawal has a very big margin. The amount he has is too small for the minimum withdrawal which the system told him of $50. I will only advice op to play games with the amount he has. And if he wins above the minimum withdrawal of $50 then he can withdraw it.

Op you said, this is in your commission $18.55 and your the minimum withdrawal is $50. Then there is no way again for you to withdraw it. Or you have more than $50 in your total amount? If yes then contact the support team and see what they can said and also provide more evidence here.

@Mate2237, maybe take a minute and re-read through the thread before posting something that comes across as stupid and uninformed just to hit your signature quota, you know?

First, OP made some good points that are worth paying attention to.  For one thing, noticed that the affiliate terms don't list a minimum withdrawal amount so he's right about that.

Second, I'm not sure you get what affiliate commissions are if you're suggesting to "play games with the amount he has" and  did you look at the screenshot he posted? That might help explain things.

And finally, I'd recommend reading the OP's last reply again.

You can find this definition under Article 10, point 5 of the Affiliate T&C. I can't post a screenshot, but here's a quote:

10. COMMISSION AND PAYMENT

There is no minimum withdrawal threshold as long as the transaction fee is covered.

I met the requierments based on the ToS. That's what counts, not what the system says.
On their side, the system recognizes that your withdrawal does not meet the ToS (about fees). Actually this is an ambiguous requirement, they don't say it's based on network transaction fees or includes service fees and network fee fluctuation protection as centralized services in general.
