Hmm I would rather say they look like dummies. A little creepy but still dummies. It will take some hundred of years before they can build robot that looks actually like a human. Also looks is one thing, the other is the AI and the ability to move like a human

Their behavior and mannerisms might be spot on but they don't look anything at all like real humans. Most stores have better mannequins than those.
To be honest I've seen better versions of these androids elsewhere, I think as usual this is a news journalist who just doesn't know much about technology and hasn't done proper research.
