Its true that reducing the staking rate alone is no guarantee that a coins price will increase.

wallet update方法
1. women-coin ホムページから、最新walletをだうんする。
 ; ファイル名が違うので、旧walletが保存されてるホォルダにしても問題ありません。
2. 旧walletを終了する。
3. ダウンした最新walletを実行し、
     同期するまで待つ。
     walletのパスワードは旧walletと同一ですので、パスワードの解除(★稼ぎのみ)する。
4. 旧walletを削除する。
