Yes, India women's opening two batsmen batted brilliantly, they both managed to produce big scores. Moreover, India Women's team captain Harmanpreet Kaur played superbly as she scored a half-century unbeaten as India Women's team scored 172 runs in the end. However, 172 runs was a huge score which was very difficult for the Sri Lankan women team to collect due to which they lost the match. Sri Lanka Women's batting performance was poor from the start, due to which they managed to score only 90 runs till the last minute and were bowled out. SL gave free life to Kaur when she was on 22 and she goes on to make a fifty and helps India put up 173 which is huge total in women's cricket, had no hope in first place that SL will be able to chase this.

After having 172 runs on board Indian w are having impressive start with taking two wickets just two overs give them good confidence for the massive win because they are looking for second spot which is possible only in case of having big win and things are looking good for their chances.
