Mexico-W team won toss and elected field first gave a bat chance to Brazil-W team and this was the wrong decision of Mexico-W team. Brazil-W team showed brilliant effort in batting and they played quite good game and set a competitive target of 273 runs in 20 overs by losing only 1 wicket. Laura Batsman of Brazil-W team shi hitted eleven 4s and same eleven 6s and total she 144 runs in 77 balls only and that's why Brazil-W team set very big rujs target to Mexico batsman. No Batsman of Mexico-W team did not play well and lost wicket below 10 runs and no one surpassed 10 runs. Mexico-W team gave a easy win to Brazil-W team and they lose this game by 234 runs and chased only 39 runs.
Women's East Asia Cup is going to start in less than 2 weeks from now, and this time Mongolia will be making the debut. Korea is hosting the tournament, and the other three teams are China, Japan and Hong Kong. BTW, the 2024 Women's South American Championships is starting in a few hours. Talking about the efforts of the New Zealand team, even in the last match we could see Georgia Plimmer and Amelia Kerr had a good partnership for the 2nd wicket and they reached over a 100 runs losing only one wicket but they played slowly and took a lot balls. Usually when a team is only one wicket down they tend to play fast and also the batsmen coming at the depth could not make any good runs and New Zealand women's team could only make 146 runs.
New Zealand had a fair bowling attack too, with Eden Carson taking two wickets but since the target was small, New Zealand bowlers could not put pressure on them. I would not say that New Zealand had a poor performance, but in fact the Australian women team was too strong for them.

I was always very disappointed to Greece woman. Spain woman played very well in the spian woman team. Spain woman team played with great spirit and determination. They showed excellent teamwork and skill on the field. Spain woman won the game by 8 wickets and 38 balls. Spain woman total runs for 87 and won the match. Greece woman set record total runs for 85 and lost the match. The 5th match between Spain woman and Greece woman was held at the country marina ground stadium. Spain Women had a tour of Greece and there was a t20 series of 5 matches between them. But it is so sad that, Greece Women get defeated by Spain Women badly in every match. Even you can see the run difference which were huge in every match. Greece Women most of the time scored between 75 runs to 85 runs which was too low to win in T20 format and that's why Spain Women easily surpassed these targets easily. For Greece Women, It was their own land and yeah all matches were played in Marina Ground statudim at Corfu in Greece. And Spain Women beat them in their won. The saddest part was, Greece Women unable to win atleast a single match. 1st match was abandoned due to rain, otherwise There's no doubt that Spain Women would win the match. Losing all the matches are like nightmare for Greece Women. New Zealand women team vs Australia women team faced off today and Australia women team won by 5 wickets. The New Zealand women's team scored 143 runs in today's match with the loss of seven wickets, even though their runs were relatively low. But New Zealand-W batsman did not chase all runs because their early wicket lost quick wickets one by one next batsman also showed poor effort. A.Kerr bowlers of Afghanistan team showed some love and she dismissed 4 wickets in 4 overs but her effort was useless because they lost the game. Hope in 3 rd game, their team save themselves from Whitewash because they lost two already if they lost they will whitewash.
Australian women have already won the first two T20 matches and tomorrow we may see them win the 3rd one too. I am saying this because Australia dominated the both previous match. In the first match, they won by 5 wickets, and in the other match they won by 29 runs. One may argue that these were close matches but in reality it never looked like New Zealand women were in a position to win these matches.
Tomorrow in Brisbane, we may see Alyssa Healy and Phoebe Litchfield making big score again as they have done in previous matches. From New Zealand women's team, their captain Suzie Bates opens the innings and a lot of responsibility lies on her shoulder to start the game for NZ on a high note and give motivation to her team with her good performance.
