I am not sure if you can win this bet, as Scotland only managed to score 99 runs and even with a weak batting line up, the West Indies players should be able to chase it. In fact, they have already made 42 runs and lost only 2 wickets. The required run rate for them is now only 3.87 and is very much achievable.
Had Scotland women team made 30 or 40 more runs the result may have been different. I do not consider the West Indies strong even if they chased this small total in 11 overs.
