First of all and as previous poster said, I would wish to thank you the chance to debate about how the game is set up. It is not common at all, in this volatile niche of Bitcoin faucets. My intention is just talk about some data, results, and wonder a bit about the game profit, and model of business.
Just to compare Robot Coin Game with Wonderland Coin and you'll see why I nerfed it... So if you have level 10 attack upgrade- defeating one level 19 robot would take you 80 tries and reward would be 19,000 satoshi.
Umm... a 10 attack upgrade is worth 780 attack power, therefore a level 19 robot (20,000 HP) would require: 26 attacks; so, 731 satoshi earned per attack. Not counting here the promos and social network sharing % increments on each attack, which helped
a lot to shorten the amount of attacks, therefore the satoshi/attack ratio would get increased.
Now I see that Zone 20 robot has a lower HP, 80K; when I defeated it a month ago, it was 100K HP. Still, in 2 or 3 days, it was defeated and game "ended" (actually reseted). I can't remember how many attacks Idid, maybe around 85-90 attacks taking in count the mentioned extra %.
IMO, the problem here were some lower Zones, from zone 17 to zone 19: robots rewards would just get increased by 1000 satoshi per robot (17000, 18000 and 19000 satoshi), while the HP of robots were increased in this fashion: 7000 HP in zone 17, 10000 HP in zone 18 and 20000 HP in zone 19. So, not in the same proportion as rewards got increased taking incount that each zone got one more robot to be defeated (28, 29, and 30 robots, if I'm not wrong).
It takes a few zones to break even the latest investments in attack power. The higher the attack power, the more zones to pass through for breaking even, because the increment of HP on each new robot level is not proportional as said above. Zone 18 and 19 were a real pain, even with promo extra % attack and all.
For example, zone 19: 30 robots to defeat; therefore the math: up to 30*20K HP = 600,000 HP to defeat for a total rewards of up to 19,000*30 = 570,000 satoshi.
Taking in count that just the last upgrade from level 9 to 10 costed 800,000 satoshi, then I can say that all my earnings were based, after breaking even, from zone 18, zone 19 and of course the last boss at zone 20.
Precisely, the matter here is that most of the earnings had to be reinvested in attack power. Exactly, 0.0311 Bitcoin. So the real earnings were 0.019 Bitcoin.
Obviously we are not forced to spend earnings to upgrade attack power, but
if really wanting to complete the game in a reasonable time, it is a must. Not only that, but also the 2 or 3 promo campaigns for extra % attack power were fundamental.
Yet I can't recall when the game was set up, so I could have a missing data here: how many weeks I needed to complete the game. If I am not wrong, was the game reworked in the last week of May, or first week of June 2015?
If this is right, it would mean 10-11 weeks to complete the game and earn ... 0.019 Bitcoin. If it is great or not , it's each own opinion.
