Working hard is different from working hard. Working smart is the act of using your brain to lighten your work. While working hard is your focusing all your strength in that certain work.
For me if we can relate to bitcoin is working smart and working hard are usable to have a huge income.In terms of working smart it s relation to the trader and investor and working hard is for bounty hunter.

there is a potential sub-structure of human intelligence that develops by rational thinking, but by thinking and learning by thinking, but laziness is instinctual, you do not need to do anything automatically. intelligent people have problems with sleeping but sleepers sleep nicely .. you need to think a lot about making your work smart.
For me working smart is the best strategy than working hard because working hard uses to much effort and strength while working smart uses our brain that improve our analytical thinking and develop more ideas that produces successive outcome. And also working hard produce an positive and successive outcome but it uses to much effort. So working smart for me is the best choice.
Working hard is doing your work hard, with all your strength something like that. Working smart is doing your work by getting idea, improve your work using your knowledge and wisdom. And I think doing both is the best idea because if you do these to things, you will promote to your job.
I choose working smart because it's about making the right decision, smart choices and right step. But working smart doesn't mean not working hard. Because like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates they both work smart but work harder.

This is cause we have all been trained by our formal education to think in the exact same pattern when we solve problems and our moral sense about things are the same
For example, when we are tasked a job by our bosses, we approach it with the conventional thinking and work on it using the endorsed methods as taught by our schools and probably by the company we work for.
We seldom think hard about our methods and question whether in the first place, could we do this faster? The hard worker will continue and bury his thoughts. The smart worker will experiment with different methods and even though he may fail in his first try, eventually he may stumble on a better method and he will become faster and more recognised for it.
And at the same time, our moral sense also obliged us to work on our jobs on our own and not get outside help. The hard worker was taught to be responsible so he will work hard while the smart worker will outsource and get help to complete his job.. sometimes even just paying a colleague to do it for him.
So do you want to be smart? and can u?

trading smart and trading so much. difference is very clear. many people spend so many hours in exchange and tries to make profit. but some people prefer to search instead. and they earn much more comparing to the ones running for fast profits blindly.
I’d choose working smart than working hard although there is really not much difference between both because when you work smart, do you think your not working hard too? But if you work smart and know your way around then you would not be having problems in your line of work and it’d be so much easier for you too.

If we take the case of a man who is purely a smart worker against a man who is purely a hard worker, the winner will be the smart worker most of the time. I am not saying all of the time though. There are times when hard work will defeat all the odds. But that is more of an exception rather than the rule.
In my observation in the real world, there are those who are smart and yet lazy but ended up wearing a coat and tie and sitting on a chair in front of his laptop inside a cool and comfortable office. And then there are those who are very hardworking toiling under the sun all day long but always short in making ends meet.
Take note though that having both is much better and very possible.

Into be successful in life you need to be smart with hard work that two is the important to be successful in life. We have own opinions and different minds it comes to be smart and working hard. In life working hard is the thing you do to be successful and be smart to what work you have.
yes indeed. we need them both in order to work well in a group. but i think the current society right now is verry different from what we expected. I notice that most of them are too lazy in order to work but they were smart at all despite of their laziness. That is why most of them dont really succeed in their life because of their bad habits. i think if they will only use their smartness , for sure they can change their life and also their mindset in order to strive and work more harder.
Working smart is essentially about improving productivity. Producing more with less resources and less time. And with improved productivity comes improved profits.
So yeah, without the urge to work smart, we'd still be in the stone age, grinding our bones and wearing ourselves out on hard work!

Sorry to say that, but I don't think that making yourself more productive in a quantitative way as in producing more with less counts as working smart.

There are mamny people, particularly the owners of business, that want to sell you the idea that working hard is a positive value. And it is, for them. WHile you work hard they take the lions share. Don´t get me wrong, it is good to work hard, but do it for yourself.
Obviously, This is only for smart people along with their smart job. So that working smart is really essential at this moment. On the other hand, Working hard always and all the ways brings a lot of success. Without working hard, no one can succeed anywhere.

There are also some instances that working smart is not effective if you dont excute it well and working hard also can be failed if it is not well planned so the two should combine to have a successful output.
