But let's see about the worldcup, to be honest, I'm not really into this sport, but if there are good betting options then I might try to test my luck or just wait for our tipsters here.
A customer support is indeed required inside the site to resolve queries, doubts and confusions etc. What will the user do if he doesn’t visit this forum? How will he/she contact the site’s team in case of any confusion and difficulties?
Nevertheless I am a huge fan of World Cup, so definitely if the markets and odds will be excellent, then I will also place some bets and gamble on my luck.
