i have known bitcoin for long time but just active recently, the worst decision i've made was hiatus/not active from this forum and tried to another method earnings but soon i realized that bitcoin gave you more than method of earning i did.
I think were the same did not believe in this forum that it can give us btc , and stick to ptc which is the most common way to earn money online. After that wrong decision i came back to bitcoin.
I think you only stop using this forum for weeks , mine was a bit longer I stop using this forum for a year. I stop using bitcoin and using this forum because I was scammed before and losed my trust in bitcoin. But after a year I used bitcoin again and start gaining bitcoin again.
Hahaha this is the story that relates to me even for me it was not hard to switch to that forum but after an year I realized that I was not on the right track so I switched again to the Bitcoin, thanks to the Bitcoin that it provides such opportunities of earnings to lots of people like me and you.

Yes many of us have tried many such like things but at the end I guess all have realized that the best it gives to us is the bitcoin. it have ways making us to earn and to facilitate our lives by the earnings that we do from the BTC. I hope learning for our mistakes is the best if we use it as positive energy.

A few weeks back, I made a disastrous decision in trading. I sold my Litecoins at a rate of BTC0.0078 per LTC, incurring a loss of around 5% (had purchased them at BTC0.0082 per coin). Had I held on to them, then I would have got as much as 100% returns.

i think the worst bitcoin decision i've ever made is i am too late to know bitcoin than other people because the first time i know bitcoin is in 2013 and the price is around in $200 if i am not wrong. and the other worst i've made is i am not borrow money from my parents or my friend to buy bitcoin because if i am bought in that year, i can make big money if i sold it now.
A lot of people made same mistake with you dude. But the potential of bitcoin is really unpredictable. In this time a lot of Asians are determined the crypto as life investment. I sold my bitcoin at the cheap price. It's really bad for me.

Bought only 1BTC in July 2013. Price was about $100.
Probably not a worst decision also its a good thing that you have tried to buy a hundred dollar virtual currency without you knowing what the future of it. Looking back you might think that you have missed the opportunity of a lifetime but nobody has predicted that it would have a good future at this present time. Also I might say that you yourself is not a risk taker as you only tried to invest a hundred dollars at that time, making me think that you are not really prepared to invest with Bitcoin.
still the worst decision in bitcoin history are when someone bought 10,000 bitcoin for two pizzas , can you imagine with current rate? there are no words for that. greedy always leading people into wild imagination and full of regret .

just forget it and keep moving forward otherwise you will keep making bad call.

Naaa don't worry. The guy didn't spend his last 10k on that pizza. I'm pretty sure he's a huge whale
and 10k more or less don't bother him too much  Grin

He was the guy who introduced gpu mining. It's safe to say he has a few more.

haven't been in the community since the early days but last year when the price was hovering around 200-300$ dollar range I had all my savings in bitcoin as I knew the price would rise.

I am a student so when summer came I decided to take out the my investment to go on holiday. If I had only for the price rise I knew was coming, I could have had 6+  of those holidays this year...  Roll Eyes

The worst bitcoin decision that i have ever made is buying bitcoins (a lot of it) from a very low price around $300 each then i sell it for just $500, in that time i was super happy because i think i made the right decision but compare now, i feel bad to myself for letting this great opportunity to earn a lot of money that could possibly made by just an small capital back in the day.
I do not think anybody knows about the future. So naturally if you sell at that price. Because you must think it's a high price? I also do that. A little sad. But it's happened so you have to forget it

I remember seeing bitcoin for the first time in early 2013.  It was $10 and thought that was ridiculous.  Soon after it shot up to $100 and eventually on it's way to over $1000 during the first pump.

I don't think about it to much since it got me invested in the altcoin community, and have made at least 1000% more than staying in traditional investment types.  Learn from your mistakes!

I regret very much that I mined a hell lot of BTCs back in the good old GPU-days, and (of course) I did
sell them immediately. All in all, I regret many sales of BTC for Fiat, or Altcoins for BTC or
Fiat, but I have no reason to regret any purchases in the other direction.

Not buying a single bitcoin back when I could, when BTC used to be around ~$200-$250. Even one BTC would be such a great deal for me to be honest.

We have the same experience for not buying bitcoin when the price was still low. And today I realized that we need to take a risk into something so that we can benefit from it someday. Because way back that time when I knew bitcoin higher than you have met it. I'm already saying that the price was high and now here I am regretting it.
It really seems like a huge investment for me back in the days, couldn't really afford to risk $200-$500 to buy 1-2 Bitcoins.

I think the biggest regret of almost anyone in the forum is to not buy when bitcoin was so cheap, I know I regret it we could be all millionaires if we did that.

I bought a used Antminer for $180. I made back $80 of my investment before the hashing boards stopped working and the power supply ports rotted out.
