A long time ago I sent some bitcoin to a SatoshiDice deposit address. The next day I cleared my browser history/cookies/cache which obviously got rid of my identifier URL. I quickly discovered that the bitcoin I deposited was long gone and that I would never get it back. Thankfully it was only a few dollars worth of bitcoins.
Yes it is what really most of the gamblers do. I don’t know but it is something psychological issue with the gamblers that they cannot recognize the right time. Though I have quit now because of spending too much money on gambling with no positive results but some of my friends are still in it and they do the same mistake as well.

The most annoying mistake is over-playing, I played with few bitcents and reached really good profit but kept going for more until I lost the deposited and profit money. I think over-trading in general is a big mistake that can even lower the possibility more than the house edge.
You should know your limit and don't do that usually because it will just make you piss when you will lose a lot of money. It's not over trading but it is over gambling, you are just not aware of what can happen when you will not stop on the right time. Also control yourself when you gamble, so that you will not be losing your deposited and profit money.
Other people can benefit from just setting a limit and not going over that limit when they play. I'm talking about a time and/or spending limit btw.

Gamblers do really commit this mistake again and again that's why casinos and gambling site are remained to be profitable.They dont really stop on playing gambling when a certain person is being very greedy when it comes on playing gambling.This is the worst mistake which we cant realize on when to stop when we are on profits,we do make ourself proud and confident even more to play hoping for more bigger wins but sadly you end up nothing.

Well every gambler is doing the same mistake as we are think only on how to earn with gambling. And that's a wrong way of our thinking because gambling is not really profitable if you are a normal gambler that hopes good life with gambling. But with this mistake while it is still early try to change it.
As I remembered, the most idiotic experienced that I had made was I'm already winning on a dice games
amounting 0.05 btc for thinking that its my luck day during that time, I decided to played but because of being greed in the end

Betting is already hard enough even when you are sober, betting when you are completely drunk is a mistake that we should try to avoid at all costs, it is not only going to cost you money, it will undermine your confidence in yourself and your ability to think clearly especially when it comes to your drinking since this will create insecurity in yourself about the way you can manage your money when drunk or sober.

I was like that as well until I lose everything. People need to realize that it is a mistake to play like that. Well you could win but I think that many people lose instead of winning so they need to quit to do thigs like that. It is better to focus on playing for fun instead of playing like that
As that mistakes usually about to continue playing while you are up and actually could collect the winning immediately.
But unfortunately greedy always takeover your decision and everytime you will burn your money in the end.

It is a good thing of going our of gambling if one is really not able to control and play only for fun. Because in these games one can lose a lot of money if they gamble only for making money. You can use that time for some other ways to earn money and invest some money in good altcoins also to increase your profits over the time. You should go to gambling only when you want entertainment and don't spend more money on it.
Since I am on this forum I have quit all these activities and limit them very much because I have realized it too that it was just a waste of time and nothing else. I am happy with the time I spent on the Bitcoin forum and earn more.

My worst mistake in gambling came when I was playing dice, I inserted the wrong amount to bet, I was going to change it, suddenly my mouse drops to the floor and it falls in such a way that the left click is activated and it makes the bet! As you may guess I lost, the bet was 0.02BTC, it was not a lot of money, but it was a lot of money to lose in the roll of dice. 
There are some regrettable moments i have had because of sports gambling... like betting $200 in btc on low odds of 1.04 which i lost

It's a lesson learned that don't gamble when you are drunk. We know that we are becoming more brave when we are influence of some alcoholic drinks. Yes it's not that big but still lose is a lose and mistake is a mistake. Better be aware next time when you are in the state of being drunk, just go home, sleep and don't drink.

If you are playing gambling mistakes is just natural and while playing gambling always expect the worst because it is always been a part of that game if you don't want to commit mistake don't play gambling choose more less risky ways to earn money don't rely your future for luck that gambling has to offer choose to invest your money to something that will benefits you to the future

Mine is sending my whole funds into wrong address because in that situation there's a hack in the system that if you paste the address the address will be change into different one so I didn't check and waste all of my money.

Worst mistake in gambling by most of us is probably going back after losing money in gambling. We all know that we're just going to lose again. Nothing has changed. The house is still going to win against us. One thing that we should keep in mind is that what made us lose money isn't the solution to earn it back. That's why I quit gambling.
Well i don't entirely agree with you here. There's nothing wrong with going back after a loss. It's just normal especially if you really enjiy gambling. The worst mistake you can do there would be to think that gambling can be an easy way to make a living. It's a different mindset if you're gambling simply for the fun of it and gambling to make profits.
