hi, man, I see. When a started to trade, I also didn't know what doing and where studying to become a successful trader.

the first tips for beginner traders are to strengthen intentions. You must be absolutely sure you want to become a trader and be ready to accept all the risks faced. the biggest risk of trading is losing all the money you have.

Welcome to the trading world. Few thing would be helpful for new traders. Almost traders was on loss beginning due no experience. Patience and experience both is most important on crypto trading. I have few suggestions from my side, may it would be help you to prevent your loss.
1. Need patience, without patience you will loss your fund.
2. Experience, since you are newbie you should get help for experience person as much as possible.
3. Avoid panic, panic buy and panic sell is more harmful on crypro trading. Don't be panic when drop your coin. Believe it your coin will recover but its depend on market conditions.
4. Avoid greedy, don't be to much greedy. You can't expect you will sell always on high rate. Just make your target like 10% or 20% and sold it once you have profit.
5. Don't love any coin too much. Just sell if you are on good profit. If you love and try to hold long time then its might be loss your fund.
6. Target only few coin to trade. Don't spread your fund all over coin. Just target 5-10 coin for trading which is good reputation.
7. Coin history, before choosing any coin for trade you have to know previous history of that coin include price history.
8. Control you emotion, there is no space for emotion on crypto trading. Mostly emotional trade will loss.
9. Connect social media those coin you have chosen for trading so that you will get update all the news.
10. Use stop loss and move stop loss on real time. If your coin price grow then you have to move your stoploss. It depend on market conditions.

That much better, a lot of trading site for  existed and can't deny some of them have troubles regarding withdrawal. The main concern of the traders is to have securities of their money but it looks like some exchanges don't have it.
If you are a first time trader, you should dedicate yourself in searching and tried trading simulator, it will surely guide basic things. Anyways, a lot of things to learn when you do it in actual and as price changes occurs, then you can apply your own strategies and instinct.

take your time to study the market effectively I will suggest you trade only the well known coins like the ones at the top 10 level at coinmarketcap that will help reduce your stress and guide you through your trading with ease

if you're confused for the first time, it's better to try joining a local telegram group that discusses trading, not the chatroom of the exchange / market you use for trading, usually in that group discussing things and lay terms for beginner traders. then you can look for it on youtube or google for a better explanation.

before you start you should first see whats going on in crypto and track some coins and learn movement dont ever go for tips

Definitely people need tips from the previous people that you had lots of experience and profit in their life they will definitely give the advice to the people like who are most interesting to trading field it will be the energy drink for them to move on with good effect.

Just easy, don't invest more money than you can afford to lose and buy low and sell high which are the basic level of understanding for every newbie trader need to have.And choose what kind of trading you are going to do depends on your needs,like day trading or long term trading then learn about technical analysis.

The beginners definitely need the guidance in the beginning Stage So we need to research more for our field to get more stronger when we are starting the reading it will be the right Idea also to start the trading with more experience and the guidance so you can definitely do threading when you have lot of interest on that.

Better choose already trusted exchanges. For example from Binance, Bittrex, Bitfinex, Huobi Russia. They have a big history and and here you will be sure that will not lost funds. Also EVERYWHERE set Up 2FA! It's for you will be much better!

Always while staring use limited capital to trade . Also do not invest if you cannot afford to lose . Be ready to take some risk as this is very risky and trading crypto are very volatile . Try avoiding worthless coins and they might never rise in future. Trade with top coins to start .
